As a Chief Revenue Officer, I operated 25+ B2B AI, SaaS and traditional companies in more than 20 industries. I've felt firsthand how building modern, leading revenue systems became a very complex given. A bit like building a house. Everything became so complex. Every domain became a universe on its own, with all its subdomains and now even more so with AI and signal-based & asynchronous selling. 

You don't have everything in-house. You just do what you can with what you have. Where I developed my vision around holistic GTM and AI - and the 3 houses narrative.
