Lystrup Futsal

Jeg spillede futsal hos Lystrup Futsal, som er blandt Danmarks bedste futsal klubber. 

I mit første år hos Lystrup Futsal tilspillede vi os en DM-sølvmedalje, for første gang i klubbens historie. 

Hos Lystrup Futsal, spiller jeg sammen med dygtige holdkammerater, hvor flere spiller på det danske landshold. Det gør, at der alt andet lige, bliver stillet utrolig store krav til hver enkelt kamp, træning og situation på banen. 

Jeg har været til samling med det danske Futsallandshold, men har stadig min debut til gode. 

Tidligere har jeg spillet hos Midtals Futsal, hvor jeg har vundet ungdoms DM-guld 4 år i træk, som den eneste klub nogensinde.

Dansk Boldspil-Union (DBU)

Da jeg aldrig fik min vilje, som fodboldspiller, og fandt ud af, at mit brok ikke nyttede sig, valgte jeg at blive fodbolddommer. 

Jeg ville opleve, hvordan det var, at stå på den anden side, og skulle være den person, som alle har en holdning til. 

Som fodbolddommer udvikler jeg kompetencer, som jeg kan bruge i mit hverdagsliv. 

Jeg skal være i stand til, at træffe hurtige og korrekte beslutninger, som oftest ikke kan laves om, på trods af fejldom. 

Jeg skal kunne lede 22 spillere, 2 linjedommere og diverse trænere ansvarligt, og kunne praktisere forkellige ledelsesstile ud fra de typer mennesker, som finder sted netop denne søndag - Næste uge, er det nemlig nye spillere, linjedommere og trænere. 

Jeg skal yderligere være i stand til, at kommunikere tydeligt verbalt, men også nonverbalt, for at nemmere kunne forklare mine beslutninger for alle seererne. 

I takt med, at mine ambitioner er store, og min drøm er, at kunne dømme på allerhøjeste hylde, så er jeg ligeledes nødsaget til, at udvise empati for spillerne, trænerne og alle omkring i forskellige situationer.

Faster Andelskasse

Jeg arbejdede i et kort periode, som bankansat hos Faster Andelskasse. 

Mit formål var, at få et fornemmelse af, hvordan bankverdenen var, da jeg på daværende tidspunkt ikke, var sikker på, hvilken vej jeg ville gå med min udannelse. 

Mine arbejdsopgaver blev jeg aldrig sat 100% ind i, og var noget, set i bakspejlet, ad hoc opgaver, som mange kunne have løst.

Bankansat

LINAK

Jeg valgte, at arbejde som produktionsmedarbejder hos LINAK, da jeg havde brug for en pause fra skolebænken. 

Begge mine forældre, har arbejdet hos LINAK, og jeg trængte til et arbejde, der ikke krævede den store hjernekapacitet, samtidig med, at jeg tjente, hvad jeg på daværende tidspunkt følte, var mange penge. 

I mit år hos LINAK, formåede jeg at arbejde på aftenholdet, dagholdet, og natteholdet. 

Jeg startede på aftenholdet, som var det mindst attraktive skiftehold, og efterhånden, som jeg fik mere forståelse for mit arbejde, efterspurgte jeg en stilling på dagholdet. 

På dagholdet blev der stillet noget større krav til en, da det var i dette tidsrum, hvor der var mest aktivitet. Cheferne, leverandørerne og kunderne var på arbejde, og det var vigtigt, at man altid var på. 

Som i mange produktionsvirksomheder, har man nogle produktionstal, som man skal nå, hvilket jeg så, som en kæmpe udfordring. Jeg tilsidesatte reduktionen i brug af hjerneceller, og begyndte at undersøge små elementer, som kunne effektivisere vores produktionstal, ligefra at påbegynde nye ordrer, før de igangværende var helt færdige, til at man brugte 2-sekunders ventetid på, at forberede næste aktivitet, hvilket medførte, at vi kontant satte nye produktionsrekorder. 

Den konstante stræben efter, at gøre det bedre, samt påtagelsen af lederrollen gjorde, at jeg blev tilspurgt et arbejde på natholdet, som på daværende tidspunkt manglede noget disciplin, og nogle positive tal. 

Jeg takkede ja, og mødte ind til en gruppe mennesker, som nød godt af, at cheferne ikke arbejdede om natten. Det var en spændende udfordring for mig, da jeg vidste, at der blev holdt øje med udviklingen. 

Fra dag 1 af, implementerede jeg min tiltag fra tidligere, og modtog positiv respons fra mit team, på trods af, at jeg være dobbelt så ung, som mange fa de andre. 

Jeg har lært utrolig meget i mit sabbatår, hvilket primært omhandler, hvordan man leder et lille team, samt hvordan man opnår de mål, man har sat sig.

Produktionsmedarbejder

Hotel Nørherredhus

Jeg startede min karriere hos Hotel Nørherredhus, som opvasker. Modsat mange af mine kollegaer, fokuserede jeg meget på, at konstant forbedre mig, og effektivisere min indsats, når jeg var på arbejde. 

Et eksempel på det var, at jeg hurtigt talte mig frem til, at opvaskemaskinen tog 48 sekunder, for hver omgang, og dermed kunne jeg tilrettelægge opgaver, således at det passede med, at opvasken konstant kørte. 

Da jeg fyldte 18, blev jeg tjener og receptionist, hvor jeg blev tildelt et meget stort ansvarsområde. Jeg skulle sørge for, at gæsterne blev checket ind og ud, at de fik serveret deres mad i restauranten, at de store begivenheder med mange hundrede mennesker, blev udført efter værternes ønsker. 

Mange af de ting, som jeg lærte hos Hotel Nørherredhus, bruger jeg også idag. Bland andet: 

- At kunne mestre det, at have travlt, samtidig med, at man forbliver positv, høflig og yder en god service. 
- At kunne arbejde proaktivt med sine mange arbejdsopgaver, og aldrig gå på kompromis med at bevare overblikket. 
- At reagere selvstændigt ud fra uforudsigelige henvendelser fra gæster, ledere og medarbejdere. 
- At tilsidesætte eget behov for, at gøre andre mennesker glade.
