Tasks as team leader: 
-Leading and coordinating the Lolland Falster Folketidende(LFF) cold calling and SQL sales team consisting of 4 employees. 
-Mostly selling to consumers, but also a bit to businesses (only SQL sales B2B) 
-Responsible for key KPIs, quantity of sales, hit rate, average marks. 
-Hiring new employees for LFF -Coaching new employees on LFF cold calling and SQL team. -Developing campaign material and sales concepts 
-Coaching, improving, and motivating the employees. 

I was team leader for 8 months; the first month was a start-up month, so it's actually 7 months with managing and developing employees. I'm proud to say that we NEVER missed a single quota. In all 7 months, we never missed a single one and often exceeded the index widely. With 4 employees we made 2118 sales in those 7 months. 

May 1st, I was promoted to Team Manager. My tasks were pretty much the same as team leader, but on a much larger scale. 

My tasks as Team Manager: 
-Leading and coordinating the Jyllands posten cold calling sales team consisting of 100+ employees. 
-Hitting targets, quantity of sales, hitrate, average marks. 
-Hiring new employees for Online Telemarketing. 
-Coaching new employees on Jyllands posten canvas team. 
-Developing campaign material and sale concepts. 
-Coaching, improving, and motivating the employees. 
-Handling job interviews with new potential employees.
