You probably do too.

At harochi, the rule is simple. Automate only what already works by hand.

One of the best sales moves in 2025 is using HeyReach.io to send a connection request right after someone books a meeting with you on Cal.com, Inc. or Calendly.

Here's the key: doing it the minute they book a call with you (and not waiting until after the call). 

This is why it works for us: 

1. They get a notification on LinkedIn

2. It gives them a chance to further research you and your company, so they aren't showing up unprepared to the call. 

3. Since time makes interest fade, we ask them to connect when they're still motivated.

4. Later in the deal cycle, the chances of closing decrease, so we want to set ourselves up the best we can. We want to be able to reach them easily. This is 10x easier if you're connected on LinkedIn and also have their email address, phone number, and even office address, in case we want to hit them with an old-fashioned letter (written using Clay and a bunch of automations). 

Here's the n8n flow. I call it "How to Send a LinkedIn Connection Request to Everyone Who Books Time With You."

Here's how it works....
1. Person books call through Cal.com, Inc. 
2. This triggers workflow in n8n
3. AI Transform node extracts the email addresses that don't end in "harochi.io" from the booking form, so I only get the prospect's email
4. Exa searches for the person's first name, last name, company name and "LinkedIn.com" and only outputs the profile if it's certain that it's the same person. 
5. Once it locates the person's profile, it adds them to my campaign in HeyReach, which is purely designed for this. It has no messages, just an empty connection request.

- you can also include your CRM into this workflow very easily
- you can get creative and send connection requests to multiple participants (if that's a common thing that happens with your booking requests)

Initiated and drove the Developer Relations topic to build the community around MBition products and ensure the excellent developer experience.  

My main responsibilities were:
- Launched the internal Developer Portal as a one-stop-shop for application engineering using the infotainment platform SDK
- Incorporated the SDK user feedback into the Portal roadmap 
- Aggregated, refined and maintained technical documentation, as well as stakeholder focused high-level content 
- Organized onboarding sessions and coaching for new and existing SDK users

Steered a revolutionary for the industry software project with the goal to develop a sophisticated infotainment platform using Agile methodologies. Contributed to scale the project from a size of approx. 5 teams to 49 cross-functional distributed teams and with 350+ engineers.

- Driving the development of the infotainment system that brings the desired experience to Mercedes-Benz car users and 3rd party developers 
- Monitoring and tracking software development process towards achieving Milestone goals, anticipating challenges and risks  
- Steering the project with more than 40+ distributed, cross-functional Scrum teams, managing their interaction with stakeholders 
- Refining the Agile Way of Working, collaborating with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Engineers, and Engineering managers to ensure the methods are applied
- Defining what drives value to end-user when it comes to details in feature scope and contributing to the feature implementation

I've just cancelled my Cursor and ChatGPT subscriptions (~$50/month).

And switching fully to Gemini (part of my Google Workspace) and Antigravity (free IDE with Gemini 3)

For the next four weeks, I will use them for coding and daily business tasks to see if they are sufficient to grow Alchymos.

Google is slowly regaining a strong position after losing the first-mover advantage in the consumer AI race.
