NuWay Health Inc. specializes in formulating, marketing, and selling nutritional supplements Direct to Consumers (DTC) across multiple marketing channels (direct mail, newspapers, and magazines and online).

My approach has been tested and implemented on DTC brands that have reached 30 million dollars and more in annual sales. I supplement my organization structures and processes by keeping a pulse on regulatory compliance in the industry to ensure that my procedures adhere to payment processing standards for the merchants in a recurring payment environment.

- Launched and rolled out a custom marketing automation platform based on Microsoft Dynamics, resulting in up to 80% license cost savings, revealing Marketing contribution to Sales and a much faster lead response time. I’ve hold workshops, training sessions and community calls to drive adoption.

- Established a Digital Marketing community across regions, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing. I’ve provided a stage for local champions, and emphasized progress of EMEIA projects.

- Developed and maintained the EMEIA blueprint for our CMS, looked after correct implementations and a smooth rollout process to the local markets.

- As the Divisional Web Coordinator I was the gatekeeper for web requests by the regions such as domain registrations, DNS record adjustments, Tag Manager requests, redirects and similar.

- Pioneered on GenAI for Marketing. Always aligned with legal and IT. I’ve got a good understanding of the Generative AI landscape and I am following the development closely.

- Led Digital Marketing asset development for globally sold Digital and Access Solutions. I’ve build e.g. landing pages, promotional emails, blog posts, Social Media content. I’ve run campaigns centrally and assisted local teams in activating EMEIA campaigns omnichannel.

- I’ve conceptualized and rolled out a Google search ads framework which increased the number of leads while reducing cost-per-lead significantly in several markets.
