Even 10-30 people like that will pay you well.

That’s how small accounts make $100k a month on LinkedIn.

They play the Known Well Game.

And it’s simpler than you think:


1) Comments

They build a list of the right accounts... people they want to be known well to (ICPs, influencers with their buyers).

They show up every day, pay attention to posting times, and leave insightful comments.

These look like mini-posts, because their aim is to make impact and become known to the right people.

2) They have an indoctrination content ladder

They don’t create for mass appeal.

They understand what’s required to take their specific ICP from skeptic to ready-to-buy ... and they focus on that ruthlessly.

These posts might get less than 10 likes… but the DMs are on fire.

3) They have an outbound motion that feels like inbound

They may not get the turbo reach of big accounts, but dialled-in content lets LinkedIn bring the right people to them.

They leverage profile views, engagement, and followers to start conversations with members of their small but mighty Known Well audience.

Using AI tools, they automate the top of this conversation and only jump in when people are interested and responding.

That’s how you get 10 people to wire you $100k.

That’s the game I want to play.

There’s a new breed of agency founder emerging in 2026.

They don’t chase likes.
They don’t live in the DMs.
They don’t grind comments.

P.S I took these photos on my 4th holiday of last year with my Colombiana. It was the 3rd time I went to the Carribean. And it was only made possible by having a agency with the right systems to replace me as the bottle neck. You can do it too.

Yesterday I had a call with two guys who’ve built outbound DM workflows for some of the biggest 7-figure agencies and 7-figure creators.

What they said to me made my blood go cold about client acquisition on LinkedIn.

Here’s what happened:

Me: “What have your other clients been seeing on LinkedIn? I’ve seen a drop-off in inbound leads. If we didn’t do warm outbound, we would be broke tomorrow.”

Consultant: “We’ve definitely seen clients getting less engagement across the board, and that’s meant less intent to contact from posts.”

Me: “**** I know it feels tough out there right now. We’re booking calls, but it really feels like the bar has gone way up… In your opinion, do you think it’s all going to ZERO?!”

Consultant: “Not at all. We’ve seen teams equipped with the right processes and systems booking 1–2 meetings every day.”

He paused for a moment and followed up with:

“The bar is set so low on how to progress prospect conversations, it’s never been easier to stand out.”

Here’s what I took from that convo:

There is one hell of an opportunity right now on LinkedIn for agencies who approach and invest real time and focus into their LinkedIn warm outbound.

If you’re willing to figure it out yourself or leverage an expert backed by the right technology, you can gain an insane advantage.

Because here’s the truth…

Your competition still thinks a no-context “pitch slap” message on connect is lead gen.

My advice?

Go deep on creating your founder-led brand with actual insight that’s unique to you. 

Don’t rip your posts straight from AI. 

Use it to scale your ideas and edit the output. Don’t lose the human.

The inevitable outcome of becoming an actual creator is that it’s going to bring you niche authority over time so the algorithm puts your content in front of buyers.

Truly understand the talk tracks that lead to buyers responding, answering, and moving to calls from your LinkedIn profile.

Have a human element responding in your DMs. Founder preferred, but once the process is dialled, a setter can handle it.

You just ned to have meaningful conversations with your customers.

My client Joya Dass fired us after we doubled her business.

Then rehired us to build her in-house Atticus Predictable LinkedIn Sales system.

Phase 1 - October 2024 - August 2025

When we started with Joya Dass, Women’s Leadership Lab sat at 5 sales calls a week.

We took her to 10-20 qualified calls a week.

Result in the last 2 months of the year:

→ $70,000 closed
→ Women’s Leadership Lab went from $150,000 to $300,000
→ Agency spend dropped from $4,000 a month to $400 a month
→ Her LinkedIn system now drives $510,000 in qualified pipeline every month

What you do not see:

We blew up campaigns that stopped working.
We rebuilt whole flows from scratch.
We had dead weeks where nothing landed.

Joya did not blame the system.
She co-created the result.

You are not buying magic.

You are building a machine together.

Hey LinkedIn fam, I need your help.

I haven’t been posting on here, as last year, I shifted to a new role.

For the past few months, I've been working with exhausted, high-achieving teens. The ones who used to care about their grades but now can't get out of bed. The ones whose parents are watching them get stressed and disassociate and don't know what to do.

What I've found is that most of these teens aren't lazy, but because they haven’t taken cared of their health, they’re depleted. 
Their sleep is broken. 
Their stress response is non-existent. 
Their bodies are working against them.

That’s where I come in.

Last year, I was officially certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as one of their Health Coaches, and that’s when I decided to focus on the future of this world - our kids.

First conference of 2026, but this time a bit different.

As someone who usually gets paid to speak at events, I paid for a conference ticket myself this time.

There’s something about being an attendee rather than a speaker that forces you to admit how much you still don’t know. 

I felt vulnerable (which was a key topic that one of the speakers talked about).

At first, I felt oddly exposed without the platform speaker status usually gives me. (But at the same time, enjoying the anonymity of it all).

But walking into that room without being introduced as an expert turned out to be one of the better things I could have done.

What I loved was that the nine speakers gave their time for free, all because the event supported a cause they believed in. 

I respect that. Congrats to the organizers The American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines, Inc. And Together We Can Change The World  for pulling together something meaningful. I hope they keep building on it.

This whole experience reminded me why vulnerability matters so much in growth. 

Teens especially benefit from learning that admitting what you don’t know isn’t weakness. It’s actually the first step toward real development. 

When young people can drop the pressure to seem like they have everything figured out, they create space to actually learn and build genuine confidence. 

That kind of honest self-assessment is foundational to both personal development and maintaining good mental health during the transition to adulthood.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Ever since I was a kid, I wanted to be an inventor.

I just found them super cool.
The fact that you could create something out of nothing.
Or that you can create something fun… just because.

Fast forward to 2018. I got my engineering degree.
I can finally invent things…right?

WRONG. (or at least, that’s what society wanted me to believe)
You see, in academia, we were taught that in order to create something, you need to go through all these processes:
- patenting
- journal publication
- research documentation
- extended testing

So, I moved to Germany. Worked for one of the largest pharmaceutical and diagnostics companies in the world.

Did I invent something there?

Nope. Every trivial change has to go through 5 levels of approval!
And sometimes you would wonder if you really are doing any change for the world.

But there is hope, moms and dads, for TODAY I invented something.
Something incredible.
Something jawdropping.
Something…yummy.

I invented this mug cake.

"But Coach Marie, that’s not an invention!"

But ohoho I beg to differ.

During one of those days where I crave a sweet snack, I was looking for a simple keto,high protein treat that I could whip up with easy ingredients. In my extended research in the internet, I could not find any (they would usually use flour or oats and I didn’t want that)

So I decided to create one myself.

This, my friend, is a low-carb, low-calorie, high protein, sugar-free, sugar alcohol-free mug cake.
(150 calories, 21g protein)

It’s definitely version 1, and could use some tweaks, but I am so happy to see it visually (I am a visual eater, after all).

The best part here is that I used allulose as the sweetener, which has a similar effect to GLP-1s (more on this next time), which keeps me full longer.

Did someone out there in the world already do this recipe? Probably.
Does this still make me an inventor? Who cares? 
I did something that worked for me.

The point is, it doesn’t mean that if it’s not there, you can’t do things that works for YOU.

Because sometimes what works for others might not work for you.
And what works for you might not work for me.

That’s bioindividuality, the first core value of my coaching program.

When I work with kids, I make sure they understand this. And I encourage them to be an inventor.

Invent things that would work for you.

Maybe a new routine.
Or a new recipe like I did.
Or try a new exercise class.

Don’t chase trends.
Be an inventor.
