- Manage complex, high-volume calendars for both partners, ensuring strategic alignment and prioritisation of meetings.
- Act as a key point of contact, liaising with tech founders, investors and service providers based in the UK and internationally on behalf of the partners.
- Organise detailed global travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation and visa arrangements.
- Triage and manage high-traffic inboxes; draft and send responses where appropriate to maintain efficient and timely communication.
