Leadership role within the UK Innovation team delivering a portfolio of products and services to consumers and business customers

•	Oversight of the innovation management team, supporting overall strategy, planning trails and and launching validated products to market
•	Wrote the business case for the refreshed Nest proposition. Business case was signed off by RWE npower ExCo and launched on 25th Sept ’14 achieving 200% increase in volume in week one.
•	Lead role in all commercial negotiations with potential suppliers for RWE UK Innovation agreeing partnerships for pilots and product launches

Platoon Commander in the reserve forces in charge of the careers and training of 25 soldiers for operations.

Lieutenant

Mobilised to Afghanistan to lead an infantry intelligence team in a forward-based checkpoint in Nahr-e-Saraj. A deep interest in supporting the local population led to a drive for new working practices and changes implemented to local government structures.

Who I am:
As Co-founder and Lead Growth Strategist, I bring a combination of engineering rigor and a commercial eye to help organisations bridge the critical gap between strategy, , marketing, sales and product. My journey began in aerospace engineering, developing the Zephyr high-altitude drone, which revealed (to me at least) the fundamental challenges of commercialising deep tech. This sparked my passion for aligning innovation with customer needs, a passion that led me into consulting and ultimately to co-founding Stratinn.
