I help work from home executives like you get in the best physical condition by coming to you. I deliver workouts in the park, or your home and offer eating plans and targeted goal setting plans to help you reach your target.

Many of my clients experience the challenge of overcoming a lack of confidence in their physical appearance due to their increase in weight.

The combination of a stressfull job, working long hours and having very little time outside of work has lead to a decrease in energy, decline in health and the feeling that you are only a shadow of your former self.

These feelings can lead to shame and low self esteem. 

I address three major problems with my face to face or online personal training service.

I currently work with two under 17 grade 3 players twice a month. 

I have worked very closely with the coach and the rapport which I have built with the coach has been essential for me to gain the respect from the athletes to perform the strength programme.

I’ve designed a strength training program for both players to use in their own time, outside of our sessions. 

During our sessions the focus is on improving strength, speed, agility, quickness, and endurance, while the coach focuses on the skill and technical elements of badminton.

The players have seen a significant improvement in their stamina, movement and power, and have achieved runners up position in a singles and double bronze tournament

I was part of a winning team which won one out of two finals at Henley (2010/11), which is the biggest national competition in rowing.

I carried out a detailed analysis of sports injuries, physiological requirements, and I  worked closely with a sports physiotherapist.

I also developed my own fitness testing protocols, monitored and evaluated improvements in fitness and developed a strength programme to enhance performance.

Hockey is a sport which requires change of direction, speed, balance, repeated sprints, back pedaling, acceleration and deceleration.

I conducted 2 outdoor speed, agility and quickness training sessions a week with the players to enhance their fitness and performance, and helped the team reach the semi finals of the cup.

Watford Football Club

At Watford football club I worked with elite athletes, in a diverse highly skilled team consisting of physiotherapists, coaches, and more specifically strength and conditioning coaches. 

I gained the confidence to work with elite performers, and set up a conditioning programme based on what I learned at Watford with Hampstead and Westminster hockey club. 

I was released by Watford after a change of the management team.
