Starting in Dec 2023, I transitioned into the role of Project Manager for Heapcon 2024, building upon my prior experience as the Heapcon Marketing Lead.

- Led end-to-end execution of a 700+ attendee 2-day tech conference with 30+ sessions and 50+ partners.
- Streamlined team workflows through design thinking, improving inter-departmental coordination and delivery speed.
- Achieved 90%+ satisfaction rate among sponsors and speakers through improved pre-event processes.

As the Marketing Lead I had the amazing opportunity to build up Heapcon’s Marketing processes basically from the ground up along with growing an amazing team of people to support Heapcon’s Marketing efforts.

- Crafting the conference's visual identity each year in collaboration with our talented designers, ensuring it reflected the current state of tech
- Developing content strategy
- Making community and media partnerships to expand Heapcon's visibility.

I help shape our online presence and manage content strategies of all our projects.

- Enhancing Our Online Presence - One of the achievements I’m most proud of is the new website for Heapspace. We wanted to provide a better online platform for our community that more clearly communicates what Heapspace does, and I'm proud to have been part of that.

- Building Valuable Community Partnerships - I've been involved in establishing and nurturing partnerships within the tech community. These collaborations have helped us expand our network and contribute to the growth of the tech community as a whole.

- Content Creation - A big part of my role is crafting and managing content across all of Heapspace's projects.

- Effective Copywriting - Creating copy that clearly conveys the message whether it’s for promoting a meetup, or for the website’s About page. Adding "Heap" in front of as many adjectives as I can. It's heaptastic.

- Streamlining Organizational Processes - In addition to these responsibilities, I actively work on streamlining our organizational processes to ensure efficiency and consistency in our operations. Always work to be done on this front :)

Course Lecturer @ Web3Academy

During the project "Web3Academy - Ethereum Caravan" I visited 8 High Schools in Serbia, in 8 different cities in the span of two weeks, where I held a 5 hour curriculum about the basics of web3 and Ethereum. I was responsible for the whole project from start to finish, meaning I established partnerships with the schools, defined the project timeline, made the slide decks and curriculum, and held the lectures and workshops in all 8 cities. I even built the landing page of the project.

It was an amazing experience meeting so many young curious minds who were hearing about the blockchain for the first time. And don't worry, the curriculum was 5 hours, but we all had a lot of fun. I made sure to keep them engaged through interactive slides, quizzes, quick games, and rewards for the most active students.
