•	ISO 9001: First getting the company certified and after this keeping an internal overview of working

•	Organize management reviews and follow-up of KPI’s on company level. Challenge department

Responsible person on quality related items within the manufacturing and assembly business units (Operations) of Continuous Variable Transmission (CVT) key components with following main tasks:

• Setting-up Control Plans as a data-collection strategy 
• Data-driven analysis and improvement action definition
• Prepare process-describing documentation and train users
• Evaluate & validate product - & process engineering changes
• Lead a multidisciplinary team during (8D) problem solving investigation of internal - & external complaints
• Handling of quality issues and define corrective actions in collaboration with the different stakeholders (e.g. Supply Chain, Customer, Production team)
