I am working as a product growth manager and consultant, eager to help companies in their quest for growth. I eat, sleep, and breathe PLG (product-led growth), no joke, I dream about A/B testing in my sleep, and even caught myself exhaling buzzwords like "activation" and "retention." :))

When I'm not busy, I devote my energy to maintaining my physical fitness. Whether it's lifting heavy weights or running, I believe that a healthy body fuels a healthy mind. Additionally, I find joy in exploring diverse cuisines and cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

I strongly believe that everyone deserves equal opportunities, as talent is talent, regardless of the location, origin, or background.

Global Innovation Marketing Director Rimmel London Eye, Manhattan, Miss Sporty

As a Global Marketing Manager for the local heroes brands Astor, NYC, Miss Sporty (50M$ NS 2018)  I,
- Developed and implemented the launch plan for Miss Sporty (20M$ NS) in FY18/19/20 managing over 60 projects at different stages of development in parallel
- Developed Miss Sporty support plan & assets (educative POS visuals, Digital Visuals). 
- Implemented Miss Sporty new brand identity and communication campaign "Girls empowerment"
- Managed successfully the exit plan of Astor, NYC worldwide leading a Steering Committee with key market Spain & Germany, Partnered with  Global Trade Marketing, Lifecycle, Finance, Supply Chain,  and Locals to successfully manage the Exit plans ensuring local business as per goals & minimizing the stock excess.

RESULTS: Product:  Miss Sporty Matte to Last Lip Cream 24H , Bestselling lipstick since launch in Poland, Contributes to segment dynamic +70% vs YA . Digital: First Micro influencers campaign  involving 15 influencers across 3 markets generated 9 pictures, 11 videos, 2 stories , 144K reach, 62K Interactions, Average engagement rate 12% !

As a Product Manager on Lip, Nail & Color collections category, I:
- Worked on the new brand platform and its implementation
- Defined the color category marketing plan for FY13, FY14 & FY15 (June 2012/June2015)
- Led continuous portfolio management and SKU rationalization initiatives
- NPD: concept, positioning, pack, formula, price recommendation
- Project management: industrialization, volumes, timing and profitability
- Business review every 3 months, competition screening
- Launch suppop assets development (print, TV, Internet, RP) and promotions (POS, GWP, sampling)
RESULTS : Soft Sensation LipColorButter , best lip launch ever for Astor.  In GY, SOM x 3 @ DM from Jan to June 2013. N 1 Lip product in May 13. In SP, no cannibalization , growth of total Lip category. In a month + 53% vs previous launch.
