Personally, as a results-driven, strategic DTC expert, I bring over 8 years of experience within Digital and Direct-to-Consumer marketing.  During this time, I have managed budgets from low four figures to exceeding $20M+ a year. 

My expertise focusses on improving key metrics around CPA, AOV and LTV across CRM, CRO, Organic Social Media, and Performance Marketing (PPC & Paid Media). I am committed to driving growth and achieving success through a data-driven and customer-centric approach.

I have been lucky enough to work with incredible brands, experience includes: 

• Creating the DTC department at Noughty where alongside the Content team, we took the online business from £300k to £1.5M over a year
•Trained the in-house teams and worked on digital marketing strategy across a number of brands (including The Inkey List, Absolute Collagen, delilah, Proto-col, Naydaya, Gatineau, Sophia Webster, Awake Organics etc) 
• Manage the P&L for Bolt Digital, pivoting the business from an agency into consultancy and grown DTC Live into an international community of over 3,500+ brands; events across London, Manchester and New York City.

The secret is out!

Which is why I was so excited when Michelle Li and Anna Graham approached me about creating a community that de-mystifies and centralises it's users - from founders, to investors to consumers. 

As female founders and leaders, it's especially special that we're creating The Beauty Intelligence Project with a focussed view, focussing first on the wellness and beauty community where there are so many people shouting about what is / isn't right and little actionable advise that feels realistic and easily understandable.

Remember, people want you to think things are extra hard because it means experts can charge more...  but having some understanding of AI is crucial for everyone in 2026 and beyond so let's work together on making it funner and digestable.
