Digital Business Strategy

•	Managing a team of 10 Purchasing Agents to ensure SEAT purchasing goods and services
•	Providing leadership to develop and strengthen negotiation skills to improve and reach sourcing targets
•	Directing  buyers in order to secure the best possible quality, service, and price for goods and services received
•	Reviewing and approving buyer projects with a TTO of 500 Mio€ and 7.200 SKU’s

•	Assisting suppliers in developing offerings to create a competitive environment to accommodate the needs

•	Assuming responsibilities of the General Purchasing Manager while absent
•	Representing Purchasing at company meetings
•	Presenting sourcing decisions and new activities within the area of responsibilities to the board
•	Developing and implementing new strategies and tools to increase efficiency
•	Providing resolution of Purchasing related problems with other functions within SEAT and VW Group, through purchasing processes and procedures to the executive board

I've been fortunate to have worked with talented people who have helped me on my way to become one myself. 

Looking to develop myself in other functional areas of the company unknown to me, I ventured to do an MBA at ESADE, which was a wonderful adventure.

Besides to develop skills which elevate my performance and also to break down a lot of barriers, it has provided me a completely different business and personal perspective than the one I had previously conceived.
