- Built a custom directory solution for ~$150k to save the client almost $1,000,000
annually in licensing fees.
- Integrated multiple entitlement systems to create a 50% reduction in help desk labor costs around entitlement requests as well as extensive backend automation.
- Developed an Excel plug-in that allows financial users to retrieve and update data directly from custom designed workbooks
- Built an LLM-backed chatbot using internal knowledge bases to enable end-users to self-service requests that would generally be handled by the help desk.

Worked directly with C-level executives to successfully integrate a disparate platform from an acquired company into the existing member portal platform.  Led a team of developers in the organizations first Agile initiative.  Tackled performance initiatives to improve user experience by reducing response times in most cases by more than 50%.  Re-architected the retrieval of digital health data to improve user experience by updating device data more frequently.  Aided in the transition to a more service-oriented architectural approach geared toward cloud-based deployment.  Developed a mobile companion application and an SPA  that will utilize these services to provide a seamless user experience.
