Culture Book - Spearheaded the Culture Book creation for YOUPLUS insurance, entailing user needs evaluation via surveys, coordination with graphic design firms, content creation, translations management, and overall project and product management.

International Intranet Launch - Directed the design and roll-out of YOUPLUS's international intranet. I devised an intuitive page map, curated compelling content, and crafted graphics, ensuring a user-friendly and inviting platform.

- Drove clarity, quality, traceability, and conformity of requirements to deliver solutions customers love.
- Created alignment with internal business stakeholders and key external partners.
- Mapped and continuously improved customer journeys through the Avast B2B Order Management System.
- Led the entire system redesign, resulting in an estimated 40% improvement in NPS – transitioning from negative numbers to positive customer experiences.

- At Konica Minolta, I analyzed digital workplace trends to inform product strategy for the WorkplaceHub, ensuring the delivery of solutions aligned with market needs and client expectations.

- For AXA, I orchestrated the vision and rollout of AXA's Intranet 2.0, managing development and ensuring seamless adoption through meticulous planning and testing.

Muuse

I lead the design & management of the Muuse platform that is powering reuse for consumer packaging. My responsibilities include defining the product vision, developing go-to-market product strategy, development and deployment of these digital products for different market contexts.

Muuse (short for Multiple-Use) is a Reuse-as-a-Service Platform that is enabling a shift away from single-use packaging to reusable-circular packaging. Operations currently run in Hong Kong, Singapore and Toronto with over 500 F&B partners.

Mindtree.org platform, an open-source platform for social innovation, was incubated by Mindtree Ltd 

Here, I co-founded & managed the Impact Consulting practice with the objective of co-creating new platform offerings in the areas of digital governance, digital value chains for sustainable waste management / material recycling, agri-business and other rural livelihoods.

Indian National trust for Art and Cultural Heritage (INTACH)

Was responsible for leading strategic urban revival projects with various stakeholders and actors in the change management ecosystem. These projects included reclamation of car-free zones in the city as well as advocacy for conserving & restoring built heritage of significant heritage value.

Strategic Partnerships Manager

Auroville

Participated in drafting the five-year strategy document (2013-2018) for the growth of the international township of Auroville. Was responsible for organizing community participation workshops; collation & analysis of over 2 decades of demographic, infrastructure and economic growth datasets from different departments to identify challenges and growth opportunities for the township.

As project architect, I got the opportunity to work on a diverse set of built forms that included institution building, residences, housing and buildings for public utility. In this role, I led a project’s design life cycle from conceptual design, construction ready drawings to on-site supervision and quality monitoring during construction and maintaining client relationship. In this stint, I also gained deep hands-on experience on sustainable building practices which included climate responsive design, building from local materials, re-use & re-purposing of construction/industrial waste and driving low energy consumption in building construction and usage.
