Culture Book - Spearheaded the Culture Book creation for YOUPLUS insurance, entailing user needs evaluation via surveys, coordination with graphic design firms, content creation, translations management, and overall project and product management.

International Intranet Launch - Directed the design and roll-out of YOUPLUS's international intranet. I devised an intuitive page map, curated compelling content, and crafted graphics, ensuring a user-friendly and inviting platform.

We were providing services related to hiring top talent, behavioral assessment of job applicants and improving skills of current employees. 

As a Director of Business Development I was responsible for creating and executing our sales and marketing strategy, which led to getting customers like Česká Spořitelna, O2, MultiSport, SUEZ, ICT Pro, JIC, Newton College and many more.

GASTRO ŽIJE!

I co-authored GASTRO ZIJE!, a project designed to revive the gastronomic industry amid COVID-19 restrictions. 

We pioneered the 'Safe Zone' concept, transforming outdoor spaces into compliant dining areas supporting immediate reopening of restaurants, cafes, and bars. 

Our initiative was aimed to bolster local businesses, offering patrons a seamless, contactless dining experience, combining safety, convenience, and support for community enterprises.

Our initiative garnered global media recognition, spotlighted by outlets like the BBC, Forbes.cz, and Dezeen. However, despite the international acclaim, we faced challenges securing local government support and it was never realized.

I optimized team efficiency across multiple time zones, introduced unified methodologies, and coordinated the deployment of product management tools at project and company-wide levels.

By conducting numerous rounds of acceptance tests, from the prototype stages, to the very last production build, I helped to ensure that what was developed met the product team's desires.

Close cooperation with senior management gave me an opportunity to take a look into the dynamics of big decisions and led my way throughout cooperation with all parties involved in the incorporation of this successful business.
