Culture Book - Spearheaded the Culture Book creation for YOUPLUS insurance, entailing user needs evaluation via surveys, coordination with graphic design firms, content creation, translations management, and overall project and product management.

International Intranet Launch - Directed the design and roll-out of YOUPLUS's international intranet. I devised an intuitive page map, curated compelling content, and crafted graphics, ensuring a user-friendly and inviting platform.

- Drove clarity, quality, traceability, and conformity of requirements to deliver solutions customers love.
- Created alignment with internal business stakeholders and key external partners.
- Mapped and continuously improved customer journeys through the Avast B2B Order Management System.
- Led the entire system redesign, resulting in an estimated 40% improvement in NPS – transitioning from negative numbers to positive customer experiences.

- At Konica Minolta, I analyzed digital workplace trends to inform product strategy for the WorkplaceHub, ensuring the delivery of solutions aligned with market needs and client expectations.

- For AXA, I orchestrated the vision and rollout of AXA's Intranet 2.0, managing development and ensuring seamless adoption through meticulous planning and testing.

Lyft

Led high-performing team of 6 product experts and local operations in Baltimore, MD to support over 10K drivers in MD. Launched multiple driver programs through local partnerships including workshops, recognition events and PPE distribution. Acted as local driver mobile app subject matter expert for leadership. 

Managed local onboarding experience for talent and for customers.

Favorite project was working with an HQ led tiger team to launch local Driver Advisory Councils across the US and Canada. Organized the Baltimore Advisory Council, driver events and leveraged local feedback to improve the driver mobile app.

At District, I oversee all our day-to-day community operations. From admissions to onboarding, programs and events, I'm working to build a world class experience for members. At Wells Fargo, I led a team in developing reporting and analytics tools, driving significant improvements in product KPIs and fostering cross-functional partnerships. As the first Product Manager at Zown, I spearheaded the launch of a SaaS platform, securing additional funding and laying the groundwork for future success.
