- Led the product lifecycle for a PSD2-based B2B SaaS solution for SCA, AISPs, PISPs and CISPs, enabling seamless integration with fintech ecosystems and third-party services in Europe, UK and Nigeria. Also, drove Open Finance initiatives to shape the future of banking while adhering to GDPR & complying with regulations for SEPA credit, debit, cross-border and ISO 20022 messaging standards.
- Developed demand documents to capture client requirements, propose design solutions and estimate effort (in Man Days) for budget approval.
-  Defined and executed GTM strategy for PSD3 and new Open Banking APIs with evolving payment regulations, partnering with Marketing & Support teams to shape a two-year vision for strategic rollout across EMEA (UK, Nigeria).
- Collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders (Senior PM, IT, Sales, Marketing, SBCP and Product Intake team) to gather requirements, align priorities, and define features and user stories for the product backlog.

Client: Greenphire (leader in global clinical trial payment automation and specializes in streamlining clinical trial workflows and site payments)
- Orchestrated strategic planning and ensured compliance with US healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GCP) to protect patient’s data privacy and security.
- Formulated communication with Greenphire's Product Owners to understand the functionalities and identify key features to upgrade such as a new dashboard, tech-stack upgradation, SSO implementation and designing microservices architecture. 
- Created Functional Flow Diagrams and user journeys for all the main features of the product suite to confirm ownership & understanding. 
- Collaborated cross-functionally with the Engineering, Design, Marketing, and DevOps teams to refine/execute the user workflows as per the requirements and conduct brainstorming sessions for the team to clarify requirements.


Client: CommandAlkon (CommandAlkon's TrackIT solution helps track & manage construction materials across 30+ countries, improving logistics and operational efficiency)
- Launched advanced MapIT solution for optimizing routing and enhancing operational efficiency with real-time mapping data.
- Managed third-party API integrations, enhanced API documentation and API structures using Axway API Manager and API Gateway to improve system performance & integration efficiency.
- Created UI/UX mockups, user journey sequence diagrams and mentoring cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and a shared understanding of product features.

Working as a Business Analyst as well as Technical Lead, I translated complex client requirements into scalable solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. I owned functional documentation, led stakeholder workshops and supported product decisions by bridging technical feasibility with business needs.
•	Worked for 3 scrum teams managing platform enhancements, maintenance & new product developments using REST web APIs.
•	Gathered business requirements & evaluated project risks in the planning phases & providing solution to the risks identified, ensuring all the stakeholders are informed on priority.
•	Created detailed technical workflows for 4 unique web apps having 26 million users combined for CISCO client.

•	Developed microservices for modules like inventory, device manager, and collector and synchronized the same on Eureka cloud with testing for NCS1K and NCS2K architectures using Spring MVC.
•	Structured several internal designs like cost efficiency, bandwidth growth management and introducing new dynamic billing and contract terms by working on the business requirements and supporting solution designs.
•	Successfully coded the base system under agile methodology & SVN version control and used code review tool SONAR Lint to verify quality and leaks.
