Just wasn’t cutting the ROI. I felt like an outcast when I was really just trying to figure it out - one day at a time. Building my JOY JOB, applying for jobs, and interviewing B2B clients. Many forks in the road. 

When you are in transition, you need different resources, and the identity shift comes with layers of grief. . .

Eric Dane passed away 2/19 at age 53. Eric's Statement "I am trying to save my life" stopped me in my tracks. 

His message to his daughters was painfully powerful to watch.
1. LIVE NOW. Be Present. The past contains regrets. The future remains unknown.
2. FALL IN LOVE. Find your passion & JOY. Something that makes you want to get up in the morning. Find your path, your purpose, and your dream.
3. CHOOSE YOUR FRIENDS WISELY. No judgement, no conditions, no questions asked. JUST SHOW UP.
4. WHEN YOU FACE CHALLENGES, FIGHT. NEVER GIVE UP. Fight with honesty, integrity, grace.

I noticed a trend today when I heard of Eric Dane's passing at age 53 from ALS. I am sad that I have heard of so many people passing quicky from diseases that they used their fame "for good" to become advocacy for the disease that took their life. 
Catherine O'Hara, James Vander Beek, now Eric Dane. SIGH.

Eric was diagnosed 10months ago with ALS, and the disease moved quickly. Even 8days before his passing he was an ALS advocate, "trying to save his life".

The "SHOW UP" really hit me tonight. . . for many reasons I won't explain. When I say I am supporting and doing something, I do it. I'm genuine to a fault. I mean what I say. I buy the books. I go to the events. I amplify. I elevate. I SHOW UP.
Trust me, the list of excuses NOT to show up is always longer than making time to show up. Our ENERGY is our most expensive asset. COMMUNITY literally is my life's purpose (37-40).

Rest in Peace Eric, or as I knew you as Doc McSteamy from Grays' Anatomy.

In most cases it takes between 3 to 5 years to get BACK to your Corporate Salary... and that's ONCE you know exactly what it is you are selling.

This is why I recommend building your JOY JOB while in your DAY JOB... monetize your JOY for 1-3 years until it starts paying you BACK... and then we'll talk about next steps. . . 

WORK IS HARD. JOY JOB IS HARD.
CHOOSE YOUR HARD... your life was meant for PURPOSE.

Replacing a $300K corporate salary with entrepreneurial income in year one is a big deal.

Especially if you want to do it online and work remotely. 

And I don’t think many people truly understand what it takes. 

I call it “uninformed optimism”. 

In my pre-qualification process, I ask:
“What’s your revenue goal over the next 6 months?”

The answer I get in 80% of the cases. 
$25-30K per month.

Then I ask the next question - the one that actually matters:

“How much have you made from high-ticket sales so far?”

When the answer is under $50k, there’s usually a disconnect.

And then the third question:

“What have you tried so far?”
Sometimes it would be just “not much really”.

That $300K you used to have is not just money.

It was:
	•	a title
	•	credibility
	•	structure
	•	predictability
	•	and a system that carried you

When you leave your “head of” role - that system is gone now.

It is up to you to now build your system. 

If you want consistent $30K months from year one, with little or no sales background, you’ll need to meet a version of yourself you haven’t met before.

You’ll have to learn - quickly and intentionally - how to:

✔️articulate your value
✔️package your expertise
✔️learn sales and build your brand 
✔️build a real client acquisition engine

And no - referrals are not a strategy.
They’re supportive, not sustainable.

I invest 5 figures in my own coaching.

Because I now know that the cost of inaction outweighs the price of investment.

The people who hesitate usually haven’t felt the weight of “doing so much work and not meeting your profit goals” yet.

I don’t think they have tried enough yet.
They haven’t experienced tons of rejections.
They haven’t wasted evenings doing something totally wrong.

Realising you wasted evenings on things that do not matter instead of spending it with your family. 

I have.
I’ve paid the price.
And I’ve been in rooms with many others who have too.

Replacing $300K is more than possible.

But it requires a different identity.
A different standard.
And a completely new way of operating.

I always say there are two ways how you can go about it:

1. You either change a goal 
2. Or you change your actions today 

You choose.

People with this life purpose are literally human compasses.

Goodbye 44. . . Midlife Transformation.
TRANSFORMATION is a FEELING & a VIBE, words can't describe it.

44 wasn’t about “crushing it.” It was about shedding it.
Uranus Opposition isn’t a glow-up year. It’s a crack-the-shell year.

My Uranus Opposition Cycle asked me:
Where are you still playing safe?
Where are you staying because it’s familiar?
Where are you outsourcing your truth?
And it doesn’t whisper. It rearranges.

Transformation is hard work. 
It asks you to release what no longer serves you, to set boundaries where you once overextended, and to admit that sometimes we stay in toxic comfort zones because they feel safer than the unknown. Real change requires bold risks and steady courage. It also requires people—those rare souls who genuinely want what’s best for you and offer grace when you stumble, experiment, and try again. 

My 44 transformation carried the unmistakable rhythm of a 3/5 profile: trial and error at the center, learning by living it, refining through experience. That has absolutely been the vibe.

In March 2025, I lost half of my home when a pipe burst. In the middle of uncertainty, I had no idea how it would all unfold. It was stressful, disorienting, and deeply vulnerable. Yet what emerged was unexpected renewal. My home now has a new heartbeat—a new kitchen that transformed the space in a way I didn’t even realize I needed after the divorce. Heart transplants require healing, patience, and trust in the process. That was 44 for me: reconstruction from the inside out.

It was a year of creativity, bravery, and profound transformation. About eight months ago, I began teaching Human Design—not as a strategy, but as a lived experience. 

Human Design transformed my life in ways that can’t be fully explained; it has to be felt. It gifted me clarity, confidence, and courage. And I want that for everyone I meet. That’s why I share so much freely. I refuse to gatekeep wisdom that can change someone’s trajectory. To me, money is simply currency—an energetic exchange—and what flows out with integrity always returns in alignment.

What I learned at 44 is how to live CONSCIOUSLY—with my eyes and heart wide open. That’s the only way to truly receive the blessons: the blessings hidden inside the lessons. I even wrote a book on it!

45 feels expansive and ELEVATED. 
My second Saturn Opposition begins in April, and while transformation continues, the unexpected may step forward in new ways. Birthdays are for wishing boldly, because the universe has no budget. My lesson for 45 carries the frequency of the 35/36 channel—the energy of experience, emotion, and growth through living fully. 

You’ll see more evolution, more experimentation, and yes, more trial and error. I hope you’ll stay on the journey with me.

Clarity is queen. And 44 gave me the chrysalis I needed to find myself again.
