“Our pricing follows the guy next door… we just try to stay cheaper… we watch what others do and copy it.”….bla…bla…bla

Let me be blunt — that strategy died years ago.

Your demand today has nothing to do with being the cheapest on the block. Most brokers don’t even list you on the top just by being the cheapest. 

It has everything to do with understanding your own numbers:

We already compressed a decade of digital adoption into one year during COVID, and customers aren’t going back: they now expect Amazon-level simplicity at every step of their travel journey.  

At the same time, AI is no longer a “nice to have” toy. In travel and services, AI-driven customer journeys have shown up to 59% lower churn and massive boosts in satisfaction when every interaction is personalized and proactive 👉ℹ️ McKinsey & Company 

So my hypothesis is simple:

🆘 Only those car rental players who automate the full CJM, go fully digital, and make AI part of the daily routine will survive.
Everyone else will slowly become “just another offline supplier” in a world that books, compares, verifies ID, signs contracts and gets support… entirely in apps.

The Billion-Dollar Question for Carmakers  
Stellantis, Renault , Tesla  you've all tried (and mostly failed) at reinventing the mobility wheel with flashy apps and fleets that bleed money.
