I leapt from the military to tech with zero guarantees.

Wow, 2025 was a roller coaster!

I know that for some, this has been one of the worst years.
This year has created a new level of resilience and perspective.

For us, despite the many downs, I want to reflect on the wins…

It’s so easy to feel beaten by comparing yourself to others’ success,
But if you force yourself to find the good - it’s incredibly empowering. 


So here are my top 12 wins from the past year,
NOT to brag but to inspire you to do the same reflection.

And if you had a hard year -
I’m here to remind you that it’s always darkest before sunrise. 

So let 2026 be your sunrise 


My 12 wins this year:
✅ My coaching business is still one of the fastest growing private companies in the US (@Inc). I still pinch myself that I get to change careers & lives for a living.

✅ Crossed the $15M, all bootstrapped, which so many told me it’s not possible.

✅ 1 Million have listened, downloaded or watched my leap academy podcast (interviewing famous leaders about their career, like founders of Airbnb, Wikipedia, Zillow, Reebok, Square and countless others). If you need inspiration and shortcuts - this is it 


✅  Spoke on big stages about AQ, Portfolio Career & future of work. Interviewed on Tech Times, Haute Living, LA Magazine, Calcalist and a dozen of podcasts including big names like the Remarkable People by Guy Kawasaki, Entrepreneurs on Fire and more.

✅ LeapCon 2025 was our best reinvention & career conference yet (and LeapCon2026 is shaping to be bigger and grander than my wildest dreams).

✅ Over 10,000 individuals have consumed some version of our training this year, 45,000 are on our email list.

✅ Launched our ‘leap for teams’ version which has been a game changer for teams’ communication, authority & overall performance. With AI we can also measure the ROI so easily.

✅ Our first CEO Presidential Club was launched with access to some of the biggest leaders of our time and operating like a board of directors. This is so exciting!


 Brought clients to famous private islands, dinner and cruises with celebrities and opened up experiences that changed my clients trajectories. Beyond the job, startup or portfolio career - they just see possibilities they never had before.

✅ I turned 50 this year ( ‼️ ) and had some epic experiences: from private jet flights, cycling in India with some mega leaders, scuba diving with my amazing family, traveling to Israel, Dubai, Turks & Caicos, Portugal, Necker Island and many others. I feel insanely lucky every day.

✅ Final phases of my book received blurbs from Richard Branson, Garyvee, President of Starbucks and more!

✅ Signed an agreement with WME which is an agency for the stars. (Preparing for some book tour and podcast in the next year or so.)
As we are welcoming 2026, I want to first thank my family and my team for being by my side through this crazy journey.
