Lucas has built and automated revenue operations systems for +40 companies across Europe and the US, including startups, scale-ups, and SMEs. He advises companies at the strategic level and has helped deploy long-lasting Go-to-Market foundations for numerous ventures.

As the GTM & RevOps Lead at Peakora for more than 4 years, he led the design and development of several systems now being implemented across the company's customers. His work spans lead generation, CRM architecture, data enrichment, and AI applications, helping clients generate $20M+ in pipeline value through hundreds of outbound campaigns.

He holds certifications as a Clay Solution Partner, Smartlead Partner, and HubSpot Partner. His expertise includes market research, data enrichment, and copywriting, and also covers a range of GTM, RevOps, and Automation tools.

Before joining Peakora, Lucas served as Executive Director and led the Business Development at RiskDeck, a Fintech company. He also founded a wine importation business based in Switzerland.

Vor der Gründung war er Product Lead bei Valora Digital, wo er viel Erfahrung im Deskless Recruiting sammelte. 2021 gründete er Floq, sein erstes HR-Tech-Startup. Er arbeitete auch für Earlybird VC, Google und Kearney. Manuel hat einen Bachelor in Wirtschaftswissenschaften von der Universität St. Gallen und einen Master in Informatik vom University College London.
