>> Created "Create the Change", an industry-recognized quarterly worldwide engagement campaign best practice, with end to end responsibility for concept, design, writing, and strategy through execution and measurement. 

>> Helped onboard, coach, and develop a team of Regional Site Coordinators and Program Managers to build capability and deliver outstanding results. Vendor, nonprofit/NGO selection and management, including compliance, risk mitigation, delivery and process design for new online tools infrastructure.
