>> Created "Create the Change", an industry-recognized quarterly worldwide engagement campaign best practice, with end to end responsibility for concept, design, writing, and strategy through execution and measurement. 

>> Helped onboard, coach, and develop a team of Regional Site Coordinators and Program Managers to build capability and deliver outstanding results. Vendor, nonprofit/NGO selection and management, including compliance, risk mitigation, delivery and process design for new online tools infrastructure. Innovation catalyst, responsible for driving and teaching design thinking to work teams across the company.
