>> Created "Create the Change", an industry-recognized quarterly worldwide engagement campaign best practice, with end to end responsibility for concept, design, writing, and strategy through execution and measurement. 

>> Helped onboard, coach, and develop a team of Regional Site Coordinators and Program Managers to build capability and deliver outstanding results. Vendor, nonprofit/NGO selection and management, including compliance, risk mitigation, delivery and process design for new online tools infrastructure. I've spent 2 years figuring out LinkedIn content.

It all comes down to three types of posts:

1. Posts that build visibility

This is the type of content that reaches people who've never heard of you. They're scrolling LinkedIn with zero intention of buying anything. Your job is to say something that makes them stop. Something that resonates with where they are right now and what they're going through.

2. Posts that build authority

Now they know who you are but they're still figuring out who to listen to. This is where you earn trust by teaching them something they can actually use right away. Something they save for later because it's that good. That's when they start seeing you as the person who actually gets it.

3. Posts that build demand

These people are already sold on the problem and sold on you. Now it's about removing every reason not to work with you. This is where you let your results and client wins do the talking. Make them feel like they're leaving money on the table by not reaching out.

One type of content alone won't get you there.

All three work together or they don't work at all.

Win clients on LinkedIn with branded content

Everyone says pick one target audience.

But that audience usually has two groups.

The first group is your peers.

These are people who work in the same field as you. Most of your engagement will come from this group. You need them because their interactions drive your reach and put you in front of new audiences.

The second group is your buyers.

These are people who are ready to invest in a solution. They rarely engage with your content but will quietly watch everything you post. You'll see them show up as profile views and new connection requests.

The problem with choosing just one is you sacrifice the other:
