I have over 20 years experience in the field of web design and user experience (UX) with 100s of websites under my belt.

You'll see me talking at events such as The Marketing Meetup, or hear me on podcasts advocating for a human-centred, user-first approach to web design, and sharing our SmartSite™ methodology which has helped generate £1m's for our clients.

🧠 It's no secret we use behavioural science as our weapon of choice. After initially working alongside UCL (University College London) to corroborate our hypothesis, we then developed the SmartSite™ methodology, which harnesses behavioural science. This has subsequently accelerated the success of every website and organisation we've applied it to.

I’m a visionary serial entrepreneur with a passion for innovation. I’ve founded five successful businesses and contributed to three other startups. That doesn’t include almost securing funding for a groundbreaking creative collaboration platform before the 2008 financial crisis intervened. This is my Flowmonics podcast studio in the making. 

I don’t have a lot of room to play with, but the top photo is meant to turn into the scene below it. 

Honestly, half the time I’m thinking, “What on earth was I thinking?”

Still, when everything comes together—and it will—it’s going to be completely worth the effort.

We create Decision Engineered Product and Service pitches. The mind is a precise system guided by rules, and it’s susceptible to influence so it makes sense to engineer your digital pitch for maximum cognitive influence.

After considering using Lego to build the models for my upcoming podcast, I am now thinking of switching to creating paper models instead.

The main reason is that I don’t really want to mix another brand (like Lego) with mine. 

Also, as flexible as Lego is, it’s still somewhat restrictive. Its main advantage is the speed of construction.

And the third reason is that I want to introduce my own characters, which would have been more difficult to do using the Lego approach.

When I was in school, I used to build giant spaceships, including a 2-metre Battlestar Galactica, so I’m reasonably familiar with building paper models.

The image is a quick test for the bottom tip of the Flat Earth model I want to build, and it looks like it would work.

It’s going to take longer to construct than Lego models, but the paper models are much less expensive and, as I said, I won’t be bringing another IP into mine.

Some success.

While deciding whether to use paper-craft models for my upcoming podcast, I had to see how small I could make the characters.

It turns out to be a balancing act between model complexity and how small I’m able to construct the paper model.

The aim was to have the base character no taller than 10 cm, which meant the lightning bolt for this character needed to be 3 cm from tip to tip. If I were able to construct this to a reasonable quality, I knew the rest would be doable.

 It worked! Yeah!
