Is anybody building a Claude Code based marketing agency?

For example a Claude Code SEO agency.

This is what it would look like:

- IDE (Cursor, Antigravity, etc) + Claude Code as the UI of work

- Automated outbound system using Clay + Instantly (or their own copycat solution)

- Custom slash commands for text creation output (email to clients, research, etc)

- Claude Skills for all the service delivery tasks (keyword research, link building outreach, technical SEO, etc)

- MCPs to connect to existing service APIs (aHrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, Clickup, etc)

- Multiple instances of Claude Code running in parallel for each client

- Custom project management tool to orchestrate tasks to Claude Code (or Agent SDK)

- Own custom apps that Skills / MCPs can use

- Cron-jobs to deliver reports / updates to clients

- Human in the loop review and validation system for AI work.

1 SEO Claude Code native expert could probably manage 20-30 clients with this setup.Basically a service based business with AI & SaaS behind it.

I'm a visual person.

Probably I'm not the only one.

So when the Anthropic team has a new release in text format, I very often struggle understanding what it does, how it works and how I can use it.

Especially if I'm not under the influence of a coffee.

These guys are shipping like madmen, so I always want to be up to date on new feature releases.

So now I've created a new Claude Skill that does the following:

I feed the Github Change Log link (where Anthropic publishes new feature release communications) to Claude.

Claude creates an app (using artifact Skills) where for each new Claude Code feature:

1️⃣ It sets the context about the feature

2️⃣ It explains what it does in simple and clear terms

3️⃣ It shows me step by step on how it works and how I can use it

4️⃣ It has a chat with each feature window in case I have follow up questions (like ChatGPT chat UI).

The cool thing is that Anthropic injected in Claude's system prompt to always look up its own documentation when the user asks for a question about itself.

So it has the context.

Now I can finally always understand what each feature does and how to use it!

Next step is to automate it, so every time the Github Changelog page changes I get notified via Telegram and I can see the artifact instantly.

AI Transformation Partner for Sales and Marketing Teams

Anthropic just released Claude Coworker - basically Claude Code for non-coders.

And the interesting thing is that they built this because they noticed people were using Claude Code for everything except coding. 

Which is literally what I've been doing for months, building what I call AI Workspaces - systems that handle video production, client work, automations, all from a single folder that compounds context over time.

So I had to test it.

If you want the TLDR: don't even bother using it yet, it's full of bugs 😅

The concept is solid though. You point Claude at a folder, it works within that folder, creates files, reads your stuff, builds context over time. 

That's the dream. It's just not there yet.

For now, if you're working with Claude Code in VS Code, stick with that.

But it's cool to see Anthropic validating this direction

The future is AI that actually works with your files and compounds knowledge over time.

I'm building a community around this exact idea called AI Workspace Builders (it's a free community for the first 100 members).

This doesn't mean specialists disappear.

It means generalists with AI tools beat specialists without them.

The 0.01% who figure this out will ride the wave.

The rest will wonder why their team of 12 can't keep up with a team of 3.

What's something you do now that would have required a team 2 years ago?

I wanted to gatekeep this to my community but fuck it.

I built a system that ships cold email campaigns in under 10 minutes.

Actually ship it. Leads found, emails written, campaign live.

Here's what it does:

→ Takes a voice description of your target ("SaaS founders, 1-3 employees, marketing analytics")
→ Finds and enriches leads through Prospeo.io
→ Generates the full email sequence based on a document
→ Pushes everything to Smartlead
→ Saves leads to an internal database so you never pay to enrich the same person twice

It took 7 minutes to run and most of that was me talking.

This is version one with no fancy personalization yet
