Product Management professional, whose expertise lies in card payments and digital payments. Experienced in launching new to market products, managed existing card products and improved the customer experience by enhancing the process and features of the product, strategized marketing plan for promoting the products, identified system related bugs during or after  launch to rectify the crisis and resolved them by analytically understanding the root cause. Incidentally launched a current account - card product during the demonetization period.

Launched the following Products:

1. Introduced EMV Chip based debit card in Nov’13.
2. Delivering One Time Password for Debit Card Ecom transactions through e-mail in Jun’14.
3. Easy Pay Current Account during demonetization period in Nov’16.
4. Bharat QR - a digital push based PoS solution for paying debit card purchases through mobile banking in Feb’17.
5. Pilot launched Visa Checkout, a simplified single sign in online card payment option,  in Jun’17.
6. Launched FCNR Deposits to NR Customers via YES ONLINE (RNB) in Jun'21 & Introduced "Suggested Transactions" to Net Banking users as per recent transaction history.
7. YES Mobile Nxt: Instrumental in launching the new mobile banking app (YES Mobile Nxt) by managing two critical modules - Debit Card & Credit Card.
