- Provided one-on-one personal training and health and wellness coaching sessions for all employees in the ECONET family of companies.

I believe that the continual pursuit of self-growth is part of what best equips us to help both ourselves and others, and I am passionate about the different means that are available to do this; whether those tools are psychological, somatic, botanical/psychedelic, technological, physical (fitness, nutrition, etc), creative, or mystical/spiritual. All of these paths can contribute to a broad spectrum of important areas; from mental health issues and health and vitality, to personal development, enhanced performance, and flow.

I believe we need to continually investigate and challenge our current thoughts and beliefs to eliminate the processes and behaviors that don't best serve us, and to build physical, psychological, and emotional vitality and resilience. 


Background

I have a strong math/science background, and I used those quantitative/analytical skills in my early work history where I worked in the business/corporate arena. 

Eventually, I transitioned to the health and wellness industry to be more in alignment with my deep interest in physical and psychological health and well-being, and those areas that cultivate and foster self-empowerment and bring awareness to the holistic, interdependent nature of the world we live in.

I am a life-long student of Eastern philosophy, comparative religion, psychology, traditional healing systems, physical and mental performance, and personal development. These subjects have had a great impact on my own career path.

Rumi wrote, "Let the beauty we love be what we do; There are hundreds of ways to kneel and kiss the ground." 

There are "hundreds" of ways to fulfill our own unique mission, and I am grateful to possess a diverse skill set to draw from. In order to broaden my own reach in the world, I am excited to work with others to amplify the impact that we all have to positively affect people's lives and the world we live in; whether that be via my background in training/coaching, counseling, writing (copy and content), media, or business/analytical skills. 

I am particularly interested in collaborating with companies working in the areas of lifestyle/behavioral change, counseling/therapy, botanicals/psychedelics, and health technology devices. 

I also love to cook and have a strong interest in our food system. I look forward to being involved in movements around decentralized growing/production, local/small scale initiatives, and regenerative agriculture.

Whatever the means, my goal is to help improve people's lives and empower them to pursue their own personal mission statement.
