•	Strong focus on Craftmanship practices : TDD, BDD, DDD, Clean code, Pairing, Mutation testing

•	1+ delivery/day in 2018, 80% of APIs Dockerized, digitalized push from Integration to Production

#challenge 🏔 : I had to build a one-team culture and production practices from 3 different teams with very heterogeneous maturity

#success ⭐ : I managed a critical Production crisis (9 months long) and initiated in the row Montreal and Bangalore offshore transformations

Mission 🚀 : Setup of Client Relationship Management within IT Production - ensuring that all IT teams are providing internal Business partners (CIB population) with the right Service level on Production.
