throughout the state.

• Act as a main point of contact for more than one hundred accounts and maintain strong, profitable business relationships.
• Guide more than one hundred accounts through the onboarding process and prepare them for a successful testing operation.
• Optimize client experience and relationship by recording, documenting and analyzing agency performance metrics to improve retention using Zoho CRM and Point and Click softwares.
• Write, edit, and publish weekly operations newsletter to keep over 3,000 testing agencies aware of operation changes and best testing practices.
• Tailored testing to specific client needs and offered custom solutions, like on-demand testing, unobserved testing, and rapid antigen testing

Field Operations was the frontline of SHIELD Illinois, dedicated to providing on-site sample collection
services for hundreds of locations across the state. The division also served as the go-to unit for
special projects and initiatives including community testing, outbreak response, FDA studies, and
sample transport.

• Supervised and coordinated six testing site employees to ensure effective and efficient testing at five testing locations.
• Provided exceptional customer service while successfully guiding patients through testing locations by demonstrating proper instructions and answering questions.
• Followed precautions regulated by the CDC to ensure a safe environment for collection site patients and staff.

I have had an interesting start to my professional journey. When the COVID-19 pandemic surfaced in 2020, I was finishing up my undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois. I was ready to use my leadership education in a new way. I shortly joined SHIELD Illinois where I led and supervised a team of six testing site employees to ensure effective and efficient COVID-19 testing at our deployed locations. 

I now currently hold the role of Relationship Manager where I act as the main point of contact for client accounts and maintain strong, profitable business relationships. I optimize client experience and relationship by recording, documenting and analyzing agency demographics to improve performance outcomes using Zoho CRM and Point and Click software. In my next role, I hope to leverage all my experience and knowledge in a position where I can help others and drive success.
