I dropped out of university to travel solo through Asia, then went back to finish what I started. Along the way, I worked, built small businesses (I shopped for execs before internet shopping was even a thing and taught spinning classes), paid my way, and learned how im😁portant it is to take responsibility for your actions.

I went on to build a career in tech (even worked for South Africa's first Facebook Marketing Partner, I mean Meta), while studying psychology and later earning a counselling degree. 

I’ve spoken to global brands about resilience, written for international publications (including Oprah), and even scaled a Whale (check out www.usewhale.io). I even upped and moved to a country where I didn't speak the language and have always chased the impossible.

I have developed an Export Sales Department that I currently supervise while managing EU funding projects and large equipment sales. Also, I am responsible for the dental chair units, the main part of a dentist business, handling the sales and import of said products.
Current Responsibilities:
•	Ensuring that the team maintains the existing customer base through renewals, growing sales from the existing accounts and expanding territory sales plans. 
•	Ensuring that the team maintains a resultful communication with internal departments such as product management department, finance and marketing department.
•	Coaching & training the export sales team, mentoring and improving them on a daily base ensuring performance while developing their careers by sharing my knowledge.
•	Assisting negotiations and closing of deals with export sales customers, ensuring smooth closing and driving success of the team 
•	Managing team performance against quotas and sales forecasts, executes operating plans and ensures sales objectives are met;
•	Responsible for total incident ownership, managing all high and critical incidents
•	Managing price policy according to company’s objectives (local market price analysis)
•	 Managing profitability policy (value chain and promotions coordination)
•	Work closely with Sales / Export / Marketing teams for alignment and thus optimizing product strategies

Export Sales Manager & Project Manager & Product Manager

Responsibilities as Export Sales Team Manager:

•	Identify and close new sales opportunities
•	Monitoring daily activity of sales representatives including outbound calls, prioritization of customer targets, and managing sales support activities;
•	Working closely and giving market feedback to the product team. Present sales and revenue forecasting to the management team
•	Searching out new ways to grow sales and client database. 
•	Developing and driving metrics to measure performance of the inside sales activities and correcting deficiencies where necessary;
•	Developing processes, tools, guidance and sales organization

Responsibilities as Project Manager:

•	Lead manager and coordinator of projects for major clients
•	Participating in public procurement procedures
•	Coordinate internal and external project teams, and assure communication and flow of information
•	Managing deadlines and equipment supplies for project.
•	Writing and signing contracts for said project, following payments, supervising delivery and instalment of goods. 
•	Providing aftersales experience (ensuring equipment training, handover-acceptance report, instalment-acceptance report, etc.)

Export Sales Manager & Project Manager

As a dentistry equipment supplies, Dentstore LTD had all possibilities to export dentistry products from Romania. I was in charge of all foreign customers and all exports, building a network of customers in order to expand the activity into a department.
•	Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries coming from foreign leads
•	Managing the webstore and ensuring all products have the correct information shown online
•	Any additional task in relation with foreign customers
•	Providing services and products information for foreign customers and solving any problem that may rise in the customer's account.
•	Creating a data base of foreign customers in order to expand from a one person activity to a department.
•	Managing products portofolio in order to avoid conflicts with dealer contracts that prohibit exporting their goods from Romania. 
•	Creating newsletters and informing leads about the possibility of exporting goods. 
•	Contacting and collaborating with shipping companies such as DHL, TNT, UPS for exporting goods.
•	Doing the entire sale process, from turning a lead into a customer until creating the label to ship the goods

Export Sales Manager

•	Build sustainable relationships and trust with the customers 
•	Contributing to continuous improvement of the department: share issues across the team and propose corrective and preventative actions followed in actions plans held by the Team Leader, thereby ensuring a high level of customer service.
•	Informing customers about potential delays or issues related to the order.
•	Reviewing orders for accuracy and completion and save all received orders in program. 
•	Issuing proforma invoices and final invoices and following payments for them.
•	Ensuring safe and full delivery of goods, keeping in contact with the shipping companies. 
•	Proceeding to changes or amendments in the order when requested or if necessary.
•	Ensuring that communication with my management line is clear and focused, with customer always represented fairly and accurately;
•	Following up and keeping records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, file documents and generate sales at the same time.
•	Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide solutions: Receive, log, categorize, prioritize, diagnose and resolve customer issues / requests via email, phone or other defined communication channels (first and second level support)

• Offering on phone or email assistance to customers who needed to troubleshoot their devices (mobile phones, tablets, laptops), especially with issues that had to do with the internet usage.
• Providing support for credit related issues as the company provided outsourcing services for Sprint Corporation.

   I believe that we are on this world to learn continuously and help those around us. I have a vast knowledge of different subjects and I can handle any topic without a problem.
