Flexing all my creative muscles on this passion project to create a movie about my hometown of Doraville, Georgia. Led a team of Consulting Managers, Senior Learning Consultants and Learning Designers to deliver training design, development and implementation expertise (Training as a Service - TaaS) to organizations who needed support with their ever-evolving learning and capability development needs. 

Our specialties included custom ILT/VILT, eLN, AR/VR and micro-learning training development for onboarding, customer service skills/reinforcement, and systems training needs (e.g., ERP software) for clients such as Delta, Bank of America and Fiserv.

North America Training as a Service (TaaS) Delivery Lead

Infor

Owned the program management, development, and delivery of end-to-end global training solutions for a fast-paced, SaaS / software development organization. Responsible for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM), Workforce Management (WFM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) technology training solutions for Healthcare, Public Sector and Corporate verticals. 

Specialized in organization development, people leadership, cross-functional collaboration, business program management, portfolio management and certification. Built the team and infrastructure that supported high-stakes certification exams for partners, employees and customers.

Led the team that pioneered a new delivery medium that enabled autonomous, structured learning with access to virtual training environments, resulting in a new revenue stream that offered learner flexibility.

As "employee #1" in the Curriculum Development workstream, built the department infrastructure and team from the ground up, resulting in a department of over 50 instructional designers producing thousands of hours of eLearning, self-directed learning, ILT and VILT software product training annually, achieving an annual revenue of ~$40 million at the time of my departure.

Maintained role as an individual contributor throughout tenure to maintain work-from-home status. 

Led learning and development projects as program manager and project manager, from consultation and project scoping through program design and development (ADDIE) to deliver instructor-led training and digital learning solutions aligned with corporate strategy, and core competencies. 

Created curricula across diverse topics and functions, including: Lean/Six Sigma for supply chain professionals; frontline leadership development program of 13 interactive eLearning courses; HR onboarding; global train-the-trainer program to roll-out a new compensation structure to 70K+ employees; 2-year career rotation program for finance interns; company-wide software implementations and change management.

As Head of Learning and Development, provided leadership for the development of learning strategies, growth initiatives, change management and talent sustainability of the retail segment of this complex part health care, part retail organization; developed relationships with business stakeholders to align training with key business performance indicators.

Led an organization of six regional managers and 60 field trainers to implement the companies’ first comprehensive management certification program; used video production and instructor-led training content to accommodate “pre-internet” learning organization; administered annual operating budget for learning organization.

In 2023, I won a Silver Telly Award in recognition for a course I developed in collaboration with www.flowcess.com to address bullying in the workplace. I've been recognized by Who's Who in America and Who's Who in Professional Women for my contributions in the Learning & Development space and enjoy consulting others and offering helpful content free of charge.
