Manage Business Continuity (BC) relationship between Verizon & National Grid for both the USA & the UK during the transformation of the National Grid network to Verizon as part of a multi-year, multi-national contract . 

Develop, analyze as well as execute DRBC plans for Verizon's National Grid account globally. Spearhead multi-national Disaster Recovery exercises and post event issue resolutions.
