Responsible for achieving business objectives and supply chain targets (OTIF, forecast accuracy, operational cost, and logistics integration).  Owned the relationship to sell and implement efficiency programs while ensuring customer metrics (out-of-stocks/in-stocks, fill rate, on-time ship, and turn) were met.

Responsible for creating production and fulfillment plans to ensure all manufacturing locations, buffer sites, and mixing centers are aligned with forecasted demand. Worked closely with Demand Planning, Sales, Marketing, and Materials Management to ensure all pipeline plans covered customer needs without an excess in inventory. Constantly reviewed shipments versus forecast and adjusted plans to ensure >99% Customer Fill Rate while minimally impacting manufacturing costs. Optimized schedule in a manner to reduce allergen changeovers, maximize line capacity, and increase plant efficiency. Communicated all potential customer cut risks to the key stakeholders and identify a solid and clear recovery strategy.

Supply Planner - Planters

Managed inbound material for all Liquid Concentrates, Powdered Beverages, and Dry Packaged Desserts to internal plants and supported external partners. Led the development and execution of inventory replenishment strategies that considered supplier/plant capabilities, capacity constraints, and costs while insuring an uninterrupted supply of product to KraftHeinz facilities and minimized write-offs. Responsible for delivering cash flow targets through Raw, Pack, and WIP/KMI inventory reductions at suppliers, plant, & external manufacturing locations. Reduced plant RPW inventory by over $2MM in 2015. Facilitated all material changes due to commercialization projects and the discontinuation of SKUs and worked to maintain a strong working relationship with all constituents to insure that changes and activities were managed on a timely and cost effective basis.
