I’ve spent over 30 years in the recruitment industry, working from 1996 until 2019 for an international FTSE listed recruitment business. In 2019 launched Talenting Career Science, a boutique staffing business, focused on data and analytics recruitment, and the first globally to be founded on the principle of diversity and inclusion, particularly championing neurodiversity.

Self-confessed data geek, fascinated by statistics. Always drawn to any shiny new tech which has led to me becoming an early stage investor in numerous data and customer-centric software start-ups. Naturally driven towards data-for-good projects.
