- Managed the full recruitment cycle to include data analysis, budget management, negotiating deals for enhanced prospecting events, sales, marketing, interviewing of hundreds of qualified candidates, event planning, and record keeping resulting in four successful years on recruiting and the commissioning of over 30 Marine Corps Officers.

- Planned, resourced, and launched a multitude of successful training and development plans for over 80 Marine Officer Candidates which focused on increasing performance, achieving targeted goals, and advancing the skills necessary for success as an Officer resulting in a 90% graduation rate at Officer Candidates School.

Officer Selection Officer (University Recruitment Manager)

United States Marine Corps

- Resourced and managed the daily operations of nearly 200 personnel through 12 large scale training operations while achieving a 91% equipment maintenance rate and 94% workforce readiness rate resulting in designation as the Commander's top unit (main effort). 

- Optimized the maintenance cycle for over $1.2 million dollars worth of weapons, gear, and equipment resolving material readiness issues by 32% and achieving superior achievement through multiple inspections.

- Spearheaded patrolling operations around the combat outpost in Afghanistan by methodically planning and confidently implementing active security measures resulting in the removal of over eleven enemy combatants and increased force protection at the camp.

Company Executive Officer (Operations Manager)

- Designed, implemented, and supervised career progression plans for over 42 Marines resulting in more than 50 promotions and 20 professional training opportunities earned, directly impacting the effectiveness and strength of the unit during international training exercises abroad. 

- Organized over 10 operational training exercises which qualified over 42 Marines in core competencies and required proficiencies subsequently allowing them to deploy to Australia to represent the Marine Corps in partnered operations with international militaries.
