Responsibilities:
•	Define and implement the annual plan for the budget and consistently deliver reports and results to the corporate in San Antonio.
•	Implement a business development strategy for the country. Grow revenues by focusing on maintaining relationships with current clients by delivering value-added solutions.
•	Collaborate with all those involved, to adequately manage profits through an adequate commercial and pricing strategy, management of adequate marketing and growth strategies.
•	Develop and implement internal systems for commercial, logistics and financial information, identify areas for improvement and implement the necessary procedures.
•	Represent the company externally, before government agencies, private organizations, and business partners.

Bunn-O-Matic Corporation

Private company founded in 1840 in Springfield Illinois, the coffee equipment division in 1957. 17 years of operation in Mexico, leader in sales, share and installed base in coffee equipment, 

Responsibilities:
•	Establish the commercial strategy for the sale of equipment nationwide.
•	Lead the sales team and support staff for the best shopping experience.
•	Directly manage the main distributors, key coffee roasters, top global and national accounts.
•	Manage the company's public relations to increase and improve brand positioning.

Main Achievements:
•	2016 project of the year with Burger King, I helped their stores to increase the sale of coffee cups from an average 1 cup of soluble coffee to more than 200 average cups of filtered coffee, supplying the necessary equipment For more than 400 restaurants, the complete chain, 
•	2017 projects of the year, coffee equipment rollout with Vips and Grupo Posadas, managing replacement of 100% of the coffee equipment, in both cases including grinders, servers and coffee brewers.
•	In 2018, I obtained the certification of the juice dispenser for the entire Latin American region with Arcos Dorados, the largest McDonald's operator in the world.

Head Of Sales

Parker Equipment Co

Parker Equipment is the cornerstone of a Joint Venture between two Mexican equipment dealers and stainless steel fabricators with a global leading food equipment group that together manage five different companies with focus on solutions to the foodservice and food retail Industries. integrated by: Parker Equipment, Casa Lux, Eurobakery, Foodek, EuroMex Service, EuroFood Systems.

Responsibilities:
•	Structuring the sales team, as well as commercial policies and strategies during the merger and start-up of the holding.
•	Set sales budget and contribution by company, vendor, and product family
•	Obtain new equipment dealerships and prepare introduction strategy for new brands.
•	Set the culinary sales support team
•	Establish the sub-distribution plan for equipment at the national level and sales to the government
•	Establish compensation and incentive programs for staff and sales teams
•	Report results to the Owners Committee

Main Achievements:
•	I recruited the sales teams of the 3 companies that were formed as a result of the merger and restructured the sales departments of the 3 organizations that gave rise to the group, achieving sales budgets from the first year of operation.
•	I specified the design, manufacture and supply of food, beverage, and check-out furniture for Extra C-Store chain.
•	I proposed to PRB (operator of KFC and PH) the assembly of the sifting furniture, helping to compact their kitchens space floor.
•	I had developed the network of distributors nationwide specially for Parker and Lux brands.
•	I had planned and executed implementation of the dishwasher machine project for Cinemex chain, helping the end user to launch a campaign reinforcing confidence through hygiene for their 3D eye-glasses program.

Hobart Food Equipment and Service

Responsibilities:
•	Direct commercial relationships with distributors, restaurant chains, hotels, and premier clients to achieve the sales volume budgeted in the annual plan for the division.
•	Establish commercial policies for prices and discounts for the sale of products and services to ensure the achievement of the budgeted profitability in the annual plan for the division.
•	Plan and direct the development of new products in coordination with plants and / or new markets that ensure profitable growth in the sales volume of the division.
•	Control the operating expenses of sales, marketing, and administration of the division to comply with the established annual budget, responsible for the P&L.
•	Supervise the proper management of the ITW policies of assigned assets such as equipment and parts inventories and collection.
•	Prepare the division's annual results plan and the operational strategies necessary to ensure compliance with said plan.
•	Periodically evaluate the personnel under my charge and establish actions to improve their managerial and directive skills.

Main Achievements:
•	I developed the detergent and chemical manufacturers channel, which allowed Hobart to compete with the equipment leasing model, opened the doors to us at Alsea and allowed us to maintain the specification with global restaurant chains.
•	In collaboration with two leasing companies, I was able to brought the Hobart financing program to the market, especially applied with independent restaurants, which allowed the share to grow and add sales.
•	With McDonald’s, I obtained approval for the Hobart dishwasher for the McCafé project and carried out a rollout program for refrigeration equipment in Food-Court stores increasing the share of the Traulsen brand.

Head of Foodservice Sales

Responsibilities:
•	Exceed annual sales quota to ensure growth of Hobart FS segment.
•	Plan sales strategies to ensure compliance with annual sales objectives.
•	Directly manage global accounts, key accounts, and premier distributors.
•	Evaluate new sales alternatives to grow Hobart's share in the mid-market segment.
•	Supervise compliance with the commercial distribution policy to maintain equity and order in the channel.
•	Coordinate the launch of new products and technical and sales training
•	Analyze the financial results statements monthly to verify the fulfillment of the objectives.
•	Direct the marketing of the company for both Food Service and Food Retail divisions and as well as the Colombian subsidiary.
•	Manage the growth strategy of service and technical support at the regional level.
•	Provide technical support, sales, and marketing training to the network of distributors in Central America and the northern part of South America.
•	Interact with the team of directors of National Accounts in the USA and report what has been done in Mexico.

Main Achievements:
•	Negotiate and implement in conjunction with the Service Director the service contracts program for coffee equipment of the Mastrena and Bunn brands, the refrigeration equipment, and our own dishwashers with Starbucks. 
•	I introduced the Hobart Combi Oven to Applebee's, helping them reduce the preparation times of several of their star products, achieving the acquisition of units for Mexico and LatinAmerica.
•	Rollout with Grupo Bimbo for mixers and ovens in its plants nationwide for two years.

-Additionally, I’m a coffee expert, competitions judge, speaker, author and because of that and as I was volunteer meditation coach at Fundacion Centro Accion, I developed and executed a fundraising project to donate a coffee bar to Fundacion Centro Accion and open a school for women baristas that would help their training and reinsertion into society and generate resources to fund the other schools of the foundation such as beauty, jewelry, and pastry.
