Soy una coach de liderazgo y gestalt, con más de 20 años de experiencia en el mundo corporativo en diferentes culturas latinoamericanas. Mi misión es ayudar a ejecutivos y líderes de alto nivel a mejorar sus habilidades emocionales, creativas, inspiradoras y profesionales, sin sacrificar su bienestar.

Como co-fundadora de Purple México, una empresa de consultoría y coaching especializada en desarrollo humano y empresarial, trabajo con clientes de diversos sectores y niveles jerárquicos, desde CEO, CFO, COO, VP, directores hasta gerentes. Accomplished Country Manager | Head of sales with 25+ years of expertise in the food, food equipment, foodservice, coffee & beverages as well facilities management industries, I help companies developing business, increasing sales, and improving P&L. 

Sustained career in positions of increasing responsibility as Sales Manager, Director of Operations and Business, Director of Business Development, Head of Sales, and Country Manager, in recognized multinational organizations such as McDonalds, ISS, NRAEF, ITWFEG, Bunn, Lancer, and next your company. 

Only Mexican with the Food Service Management Professional (FMP) designation granted by the NRA, a powerful tool to understand food preparation operations, customers’ needs market trends as well.

Expert in the detection and implementation of continuous improvement processes to maximize revenue and bottom-line P&L. Multicultural experience with regional reach in Latin America, having advised and sell to clients such as: Alsea, Posadas, McDonald´s, OXXO, Marriott, Bimbo, Grupo Herdez and Grupo Modelo. Among my most outstanding achievements are: 

- I increased sales from $ 9.1M USDs to $ 12.8M USDs in the first 10 months of my management / I Improved EBITDA on 3.4% in 10 months / I carried out the planning and execution of Mexico City office below the authorized budget and carried out relocation of the distribution center from Monterrey to Piedras Negras with savings in operating costs of 8%.

- 2016 and 2017 sales projects of the year / 2016 project of the year with Burger King, I helped their stores to increase the sale of coffee cups from an average 1 cup of soluble coffee to more than 200 average cups of filtered coffee, supplying the necessary equipment for more than 400 restaurants, (complete chain), sales close to one million US Dollars / 2017 projects of the year, coffee equipment rollout with Vips and Grupo Posadas, managing replacement of 100% of the coffee equipment, in both cases including grinders, servers and coffee brewers. both projects were above $800,000 US Dollars each one. 

-Additionally, I’m a coffee expert, competitions judge, speaker, author and because of that and as I was volunteer meditation coach at Fundacion Centro Accion, I developed and executed a fundraising project to donate a coffee bar to Fundacion Centro Accion and open a school for women baristas that would help their training and reinsertion into society and generate resources to fund the other schools of the foundation such as beauty, jewelry, and pastry.
