I discovered the power of coaching during the pandemic and became a Certified Professional Coach specializing in energy leadership.

What is energy leadership? Energy is what we bring when we have the capacity to be the fullest expression of ourselves. Energy influences how we show up in the world and how we show up as a leader. We all lead all the time.

Today, I completed one of the hardest things I’ve done in my business and in my creative life.

Today, I completed a 30-day LinkedIn Video Challenge
Here are my 3 biggest wins: 😊 
1. I was able to engage and meet lovely new individuals here on Linked In
2. I showed up for myself and did the work.
3. I took the time to get more comfortable and clear on video.
But it wasn’t the easiest thing to do.

The most challenging thing I encountered within the 30-day challenge was:
🔴 Fitting in some time to get the video done, edited, and posted.
🔴 Making it a priority on top of all the other things I do: meeting with clients, clinical shifts, academic administrative work, being a mom, working out.
🔴 Figuring out tech: lapel microphone, Captions app, Descript video editing.

It’s in the action of learning where the confidence comes from.

Believe it or not, this is my 3rd 30-day video challenge. 

What was different this time?
🙋‍♀️ I raised my hand for feedback.
✋ I didn’t make excuses: I showed up for the morning huddle and even showed up from my Peloton bike without makeup.
