As the head of tech at PIRATEx, I implemented various automations within all teams boosting productivity, together with a developer and a designer I was responsible also for the websites, the technical processes including the user flow for ticket buyers for the events, the booking process including payment for OMClub and all conferences, working together with clients to find the best solution for their use cases. 

I also built Startupjoblist.com together with the team from April 2020 on and took over product management for intro.chat in it's initial phase.

I helped the Chapter Leads in 20 Startup SAFARI Cities to organize Startup SAFARI in their city to open up their ecosystem and get connected in the global Startup SAFARI network. 
I also managed the collaboration with talque, the event tool we used as the scheduling and networking solution for Startup SAFARI, where I got a deep dive into product management and customer success.

Product was my first love in tech - and so one of my favourite conferences is all about how to build better products. Digitale Leute Summit was a blast 🔥

Everyone's talking about AI. Everyone's using AI SOMEHOW. Everyone knows big change is coming.

But there's still a massive gap between AI adoption and AI value.

I talked to so many people whose companies rolled out Co-Pilot licenses - and no one's really using them. Why? No enablement, no context, no real use cases.

At the same time, these same companies have dedicated AI teams... and more often than not, nobody really knows what they're actually building.

Then there are the companies who think and act on AI differently.

They're integrating AI into their workflows in incredibly practical ways. Real problems, real solutions, real value.

A few of my favorite examples from the Digitale Leute Summit yesterday:

🔍 Taxfix - using AI to give product teams actionable insights from conversational analytics

🏗️ OBI Smart Technologies GmbH - transforming a 20-year-old legacy system with 4 million lines of code into a modern, modular, product-oriented architecture

The gap isn't about technology. It's about enablement and finding real problems worth solving.

But honestly? The best part wasn't the use cases - it was the people. Getting face-to-face time with so many brilliant product minds (looking at you Juliana Brell, Tim Klein, Fabian Seibt, Benedikt Stemmildt 👨🏼‍💻🧙🏼‍♂️, Andreas Stephan, Zamina Ahmad, ✨ Büşra Coşkuner, Simonetta Batteiger and the whole crew) is what makes this conference special.

Nach dem Erstgespräch landet das Transkript bei Marie - unserer KI-Agentin und Business-Analystin. Sie nimmt das Gespräch, kombiniert es mit unserem gesamten Agenturwissen und erstellt daraus ein erstes Konzept.

Innerhalb weniger Tage stellen wir das dem Lead vor, holen Feedback ein, passen an - fertig. Dann geht das offizielle Angebot raus.

Der Unterschied?

Nicht nur, dass wir schneller sind. Die Qualität der Konzepte ist deutlich höher. Wir steigen viel tiefer in die Bedürfnisse der Kunden ein. Und wir haben endlich Zeit für das, worauf es wirklich ankommt: die Beziehung zum Kunden.

Das Feedback letzte Woche: "Noch nie ein so detailliertes Konzept nach einem Erstgespräch bekommen."

So sieht für uns die Zukunft von Vertrieb aus. Kein Mensch-oder-KI, sondern ein Orchester aus menschlicher Urteilskraft und KI-Agenten, die Information, Timing und Präzision auf ein neues Level heben.

The World Business Dialogue (also known as OfW Organisationsforum Wirtschaftskongress) is a student-run company that unites current and future leaders from all around the world. As a Managing Director, I was responsible for the reposition of the company and the implementation of new digital formats, considering the circumstances of the upcoming Covid-19 pandemic.

My responsibilities included:

Leading a team of 30 voluntarily working students and personal responsibility for the International Relations, Event Management and IT & Website departments

Development and formulation of sustainable strategies to achieve all short, medium as well as long-term corporate goals

Responsibility for transformation process of the company in coordination with the stakeholders and the board of trustees of the company

Management and expansion of the company network and key accounts, especially the 25 members of the board of trustees. Working closely together with well-known individuals from business, science, and politics such as Thomas Sattelberger, Member of the parliament and former CHRO of Deutsche Telekom, or Heiko Hutmacher, former CHRO of Metro AG, to challenge our strategic direction and to clear the path for a successful organization in an uncertain environment.
