During the Capstone project of university I worked in the development of a Microsoft Team app at viadee. The company has developed a desk booking system called "Buuky" and during the project my team and I were responsible of developing a Microsoft Teams app and integrating the existing system, so that users can book their desks also through Microsoft Teams. The work was organized using the SCRUM approach and we used the following technologies:
- TypeScript, Angular, HTML & CSS, and the testing framework Testcafe
- Microsoft Visual Studio & Microsoft Teams Toolkit
- Microsoft Azure & Google Cloud Platform / Firebase

During my time as Entrepreneur in Residence at PIRATE.builders I became responsible for the product INTRO.chat which was a networking tool for virtual events. Since the event industry shifted during the pandemic, there was a need for emulating authentic networking experiences.

World Business Dialogue

The World Business Dialogue (also known as OfW Organisationsforum Wirtschaftskongress) is a student-run company that unites current and future leaders from all around the world. As a Managing Director, I was responsible for the reposition of the company and the implementation of new digital formats, considering the circumstances of the upcoming Covid-19 pandemic.

My responsibilities included:

Leading a team of 30 voluntarily working students and personal responsibility for the International Relations, Event Management and IT & Website departments

Development and formulation of sustainable strategies to achieve all short, medium as well as long-term corporate goals

Responsibility for transformation process of the company in coordination with the stakeholders and the board of trustees of the company

Management and expansion of the company network and key accounts, especially the 25 members of the board of trustees. Working closely together with well-known individuals from business, science, and politics such as Thomas Sattelberger, Member of the parliament and former CHRO of Deutsche Telekom, or Heiko Hutmacher, former CHRO of Metro AG, to challenge our strategic direction and to clear the path for a successful organization in an uncertain environment.
