Are you really incapable of reaching your dreams… or just convincing yourself you are?

False beliefs are sneaky.

They sound real in your head, but they’re often just stories you tell yourself about:

Here's what I've picked up after reading the one and only Psycho-Cybernetics:

Whenever you're telling yourself "you can't", ask yourself these 4 questions:

1️⃣ Is there any rational reason for such a belief?

2️⃣ Could it be that I am mistaken in this belief?

3️⃣ Would I come to the same conclusion about some other person in a similar situation?

4️⃣ Why should I continue to act and feel as if this were true if there is no good reason to believe it?

Try this next time a doubt creeps in.

Most of the time, you’ll see it for what it really is: an irrational, erroneous belief.

Question it often. Act anyway. And watch how quickly you start proving yourself wrong.
