We have to fix this so that the innovation space can flourish further. And so that more people can benefit from the successes. If we can't get more investors involved the same people will continue to get more wealthy. If we can help investors get access, and help team members get equity, then we can create life changing wealth creation for millions globally. 

I've personally run a few raises, and employee option plans. Have personally helped countless founders. And constantly research, mentor, advise and present on these topics.
