First team within Cisco to consolidate 40 disparate communications roles into a single unit. Built team from scratch, developed standards, governance, templates, and best practices. Standardized and centralized content, launched Services Communications Network community, developed Services Communications Guide, redesigned Cisco Services web pages. 

Achieved a 4.6/5.0 satisfaction score for Cisco's first internal virtual event with 4K+ attendees. Won annual “Collaboration Across Cisco” Award.

Designed and implemented communications strategy for US-Canada Field Sales organization (7,000+ employees), including messaging for product Sales, Services, and Channels. Filtered and distilled key messaging for maximum impact.

Established roles & responsibilities, hired team, streamlined & documented sales processes. Ensured co-employment compliance and addressed HR escalations. Conducted cross-theater best practice sessions to leverage existing Cisco expertise.

Responsible for 3 additional Cisco sales support outsourcing programs (100+ reps). Implemented new processes and policies; clarified roles & responsibilities; revised metrics & SLA.
