Led the Business Intelligence department of 50, consisting of BI Delivery (BI/enterprise data integration and reporting), BI Discovery (innovation team focused on introducing cutting edge technology to business units), BI Infrastructure (infrastructure team for Netezza, Informatica, Tibco, and MicroStrategy technologies) and BI Support (support 1,275 stores, over 2,000 information workers and 14TB data warehouse, reporting systems, and enterprise integrations). Assured alignment with business leaders in Store Operations, Services, Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance to understand needs, business opportunities, and business unit specific analytical roadmaps. Owned the complete Product Management of analytics applications and delivery from data, ETL and service bus architecture, to data warehouse, to front end web and mobile applications.

◼Earned Clarabridge’s C3 Excellence Award for “Innovative voice of the customer” implementation based on implementing VOC data into the central data warehouse, applying nickname and pattern matching to employees and the product dimension

Utilized Microsoft SQL Server and Business Intelligence products including SQL Server Analysis Services, DBMS, Reporting services, Excel, PerformancePoint, and PowerPivot. Collaborated with key business stakeholders and provided training and programs to achieve large scale change management moving from siloed static reporting to large scale interactive and pervasive dashboards incorporating advanced analytics. Utilized project management skills to deploy enterprise level projects including; suggested ordering, cashier scoring and re-engineering of server architecture.
