Since working in programme facilitation I have delivered a variety of CBT -Cognitive Behavioural Therapy- based programmes. Some were particularly focused on problem-solving and goal-setting, so I have a wealth of experience from the UK Justice Sector. I have also achieved a diploma with distinction in life coaching, reinforcing my existing skill set in this area, which I am looking to expand upon.  I have taken courses on mindfulness in the past and have achieved a diploma with distinction in MBSR -Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.

To assess the treatment needs of, and interview people who have offended due to start programmes targeted at reducing risk of offending behaviour and reducing their risk of serious harm. 

To prepare and deliver accredited and non-accredited programmes to groups and one-to-one. These were facilitated using a strengths based, coaching approach.

To write reports on the group members' progress through the programme and recommend additional work to be carried out with them to minimise risk and maximise protective factors. 

All the above was performed with adherence to strict confidentiality.
