From BG discussions to PPA negotiations, providing input and often driving large cross-functional initiatives based on internal needs, customer expectations, and market access challenges.

* Drove strategic ideation and operational assessment, focused on hypothesis-based problem solving and business outcome driven transformations

* What's life without risk, and knowing how to mitigate it. The Finance Talent Rotation program gave me an opportunity to do a short stint with Cisco's business continuity, risk management, and policy governance team, an amazing opportunity to learn and contribute
* When Cisco decided to move to a recurring revenue model with software focus (from then a primarily hardware vendor), it required a change in mindset, along with systems and processes. I led the 
operational assessment for new business models, including software subscription, SaaS/XaaS, flexible consumption models, enterprise agreements, smart licensing, solution bundles, etc., enabled long-term vision of finance transformation by ensuring the right architecture, processes, and policies were in place to support the transition
