"Can you explain that again please?" was the question I most frequently asked my clients when interviewing them for content ideas. 

The blockchain/Web3 space is a black box; no one really understands what's going on within it. 

I was tasked with the impossible: demystifying the complexity of such topics into engaging, digestible content for others to read and enjoy. 

To paint a picture, one of my clients worked on encoding an NFT with human-verifiable DNA sequencing to act as 'proof of humanity' once the machines inevitably take over. 

It was my first time speaking with the founders...

"Now turn that into a Tweet, please." They told me after discussing the company for 20 minutes.

"No problem," I replied, but first, "What do you mean by that?"

(You can see how valuable being the dumbest person in the room is; you get to ask all the simple questions.)

But that's the secret to success in Blockchain, Web3, Crypto, AI, etc.

K.I.S.S = Keep it simple, stupid.

Educate your audience. 
Attract new customers. 

Make it easy and enjoyable to understand the problems you're solving, and the people will follow. Speak to them as you would with a colleague, and your messaging will go over their heads.

Let me tell you my journey. Why I chose UX Design as a career?:::I was 3 when I first discovered the joy of creating. Tiny hands, blank pages, and a world of imagination. That’s how it began. By the time I was 4, I was drawing shapes and cars that made people pause and smile.As I grew, my curiosity shifted gears into automotive design. My mother’s notebooks became canvases for vehicles I dreamt of building. Even today, in my mid-20s, that passion for cars hasn’t left me.But here’s the truth. I’ve always been a wanderer of interests. I love discovering, shifting, evolving. Yet design has always been my North Star.During my first year of college, I discovered a design school just 100 kilometers away, they had exactly what I wanted. My heart raced… but every great story has its plot twist.My parents couldn’t afford it. And in India, unlike the West, students don’t usually work part-time to support their studies. My wings clipped, I let that dream go.But not all endings are tragic. Some are redirections.I studied further. I stumbled upon UX design. Something clicked. It felt like design, but bigger, broader, more human. And this time, I didn’t wait.I spread my wings. I left home. I came to Canada.And here I am. Still that same kid who once drew cars on rough papers, but now shaping experiences, systems, and designs that touch people’s lives.:::Peace and love✌🏼
