I didn’t always know that I wanted to be in education, but in retrospect, I should have. I love learning—about anything and everything. I love problem solving and the design process. I appreciate efficiency and the power of well-chosen words. 

I will never get over the joy of seeing people’s aha moments and the impact that learning has on their lives.

I also find great joy in being a trusted leader and creating workspaces that allow people to thrive as individuals and for us to accomplish more than we thought was possible as a team.
