As the Sales Management - Business Development, EMEA at Tipalti, I lead an outbound team of BDRs with activities across Europe. I develop and mentor my team into their next role, implement strategic outbound strategies to support pipeline and revenue goals, and globalize BDR processes while actively promoting collaboration between departments to increase efficiency and predictability.

I have a Bachelor of Business Administration in Applied Business Administration, where I learned the fundamentals of business administration, salens, marketing, finance, and management. I also have multiple certifications in account management, sales, and leadership. I am passionate about tech, data, and innovation, and I enjoy researching for my investment portfolio, playing team sports and playing board games with friends in my free time.
