Tommy Hilfiger

• Senior designer for outerwear and leather working within the Menswear division.
• Reporting into the VP Global Design Director the role is exclusively responsible for all outerwear and leather products for TH Menswear.
• Researching trends and conducting market research that can be worked into the Tommy Hilfiger Menswear brand strategy.
• Follow up on styles & selected fabrics each season in collaboration with product developer and communicating this to our buying offices/vendors & retail needs.
• Working closely and communicating daily on issues/changes that arise from the development of selected outerwear and leather designs.
• Partnering with product development teams to ensure a smooth work flow each season when executing each style.
• Working closely with the technical department for the executing of garment fittings.
• Attend fittings to help find solutions to any problems that may come up during the
fitting process.
• Seasonal research trips for developments of new fabrics, yarns, wool and downs.

Senior Menswear Designer

DENHAM the Jeanmaker

Responsibilities:
•	Lead menswear designer reporting to Jason Denham Chief Creative Office and owner
•	Creating concept direction and colours for new seasons of the men’s and women’s collections
•	Responsible for design and management of the design development process for all categories through to final approval and production samples, ensuring set timescales are met
•	Sketching and technical drawing by hand and/or using Illustrator
•	Sourcing and selection of fabrics, materials, trims that are fit for purpose
•	Assist in the initial creation of technical specification documents with the product team
•	Working in conjunction with the development team to send out proto sample requests
•	Management of design and development process for all categories to meet the costing requirements as detailed in the commercial brief
•	Travelling to factories to work closely with the development of the collections
•	Partner with the art director for look book and campaign shoots; concept creation and outfit selection
•	Presenting the new collections to the commercial teams during the season and the final collection launch
•	Working on all special collaboration projects from design through to product launch

Menswear Designer

Nigel Cabourn

Responsibilities:
•	Working with Nigel Cabourn and the design team to produce new seasonal ranges
•	Visiting seasonal fabric fairs to research and develop new fabrics and trims
•	Generating designs for the Mainline Japanese and Authentic ranges 
•	Manage ordering process of all sampling fabrics and trims
•	Creating technical specification sheets for designs for all categories
•	Creating and developing patterns for sampling and production
•	Briefing designs to manufacturers and working with them to produce prototypes
•	Running sample fit meetings to ensure design requests and comments have been followed
•	Quality control checking and sign off for production garments
•	Responsible for brand and e-commerce marketing

Puma

Assisting the senior designers and contributing to the foundation department, taking part in all aspects of the design process throughout a season. Researching, creating mood and colour boards, attending trim and fabric meetings, creating designs for the season, producing technical specification packages for designs.
